We love us some round table pizza! We've been waiting for Round Table Pizza to get to Texas having relocated from California. So excited they are here now and the pizza is still great. Our favorite is the King Arthur Supreme with extra sausage and mushrooms. Before RT came to TX, we tried just about every pizza joint in McKinney and none lived up to our expectations and what we were used to. This is the only pizza place that does not skimp on the toppings. The best pizza in McKinney.
I was raised on Round Table Pizza in the Seattle area. It's probably my favorite pizza taste-wise. Visiting this particular location brought me the same delicious pizza, but just didn't quite bring the same experience I remember. Round Table was always a fun family hangout place. They always had large tables for big groups and usually a small arcade space (often with mostly free games). This location is kind of cold and corporate with small tables and a bar. I've never seen a Round Table with a bar. They oddly had a pool table, but no semblance of an arcade. This is definitely a more grown-up version of Round Table. That probably appeals to the surrounding corporate area, but this isn't necessarily the most family friendly spot, and that was a little disappointing to me as a Dad who wanted to share a bit of my childhood with my kids. I can't give less than 4 stars though because the pizza itself was great and just how I remembered it.
When this Round Table opened it had great service and pizza. Both have gone downhill recently. Burnt pizzas and lack of customer service.There is a sign asking you to be kind as the world is short staffed but when you walk in and 3 people make eye contact with you but do not acknowledge or say anything to you and then the fourth person finally asks if you need help.Good thing is we have other places that may want our business.
Messed up my order when I called to try and get a refund manager (didn’t get her name) told me it’s the apps fault and tried to act like there wasn’t anything she could do to resolve the situation.Mind you there’s no app support, the app tells you to call the store for issues. After 5 minutes of going back and forth with her poor attitude she offered store credit due to the kitchen being closed then asked me how much my order was. Never explained how I get my credit and just hung up after ! I have never once seen store credit unless shopping retail so I’m assuming she was lying but you never know every place is different . If you have an issue don’t expect it to be resolved…..well at least easily
Having been born and raised in Northern California, we grew up with Round Table Pizza. It was on our wishlist for the ultimate birthday party as a kid.Imagine our excitement to find that Round Table found its way to McKinney, Texas!!!If you've never had it...or worse, never HEARD of it, The time is NOW! THIS location even has a full bar, if you prefer an adult beverage with your pizza.Great staff, great food, the freshest toppings (you'll see and taste the difference immediately)!!
Really sad. Wanted round table pizza. They don't close till 9. It's 840. I called they hung up. I called back and. No one answered. And I live here in the apartment complex.
Decent pizza and decent lunch combo deals. We’ve dined in before too and the wings came out really fresh. They have a small patio area and you can also sit up at the bar, inside and outside.
First time in the area, looks like a new location,up and coming area? Very nice open space. Friendly and patient staff..took me some time to get my order sorted. Thanks for the gluten-free crust option. The pizza was good,nothing mind blowing but hey it's pizza.
I had a round table pizza in another state. Found it her. Still same great pizza. The flavors of ingredients are just amazing
Round table pizza is the best ever. This location really treated us well and made sure our pizza was perfect and our drinks were filled. We are from California and now love in Oklahoma. We travel to Texas just to have this amazing pizza. Everyone needs to try this pizza there is nothing better
