Got the Dantes pizza. It was delicious! The kids at the counter were friendly and my order was done on time. It's a little more than I usually pay for pizza because I have a big family but I got it alllll for myself and it was a yummy 20 bucks in my belly with a snack for later. Haha! Treat yourself. :)
Pizza wasn’t bad and had a free coupon that I mentioned over the phone and was told that wouldn’t be a problem. Well it was a problem when I got there. Terrible customer service.
The customer service was impecable. The food is always delicious. This has become one of my favorite pizza spots. No more pizza hut and domino's for me!When my food was not perfect, I told them how I wanted it and they made me a brand new one free of charge. #thatsthepost

Of all the spots locally, this is probably the best. Unless I'm ordering a deep dish, which they do make, I don't see a reason to order from anywhere else. The sauce is sweet, different than all chains. The cheese is gooey and tastes great! The crust is soft and thick. This is it!
We ordered a build your own pizza. It was very similar to a VEGGIE pizza in that it had VERY little chicken. I asked about the $7 off a $30 dollar order that we had ordered through the app (which was advertised as such) I was told that you need to "call that in so they could take it off the order". Very disappointed. Though they are right around the corner and very convenient, based on this experience we will go elsewhere for our pizza in the future.
They were great when they first opened here in Mckinney. Wednesday nite I order as I always do on-line. Got a message that order was received and in process. When driver got to the store, he was told my order was cancelled, no reason given. I tried to contact the store and no one ever answered their phone. Poor customer service. Won’t waste my time on them anymore!
Terrible service. Placed an order and they forgot to deliver it. Do not order from this location unless, it’s run by irresponsible management. The Romeos in Allen is much better.
Pizza was very tasty and made as ordered. Took a little longer than expected (29min) but imagine they will improve training. Keep the quality up as pizza placed are plentiful.
New pizza place in the neighborhood…spent over $15 a pizza for uncooked crust and hair, courtesy of whoever prepared it. What an absolute travesty…sorry, didn’t earn my repeat business. And now I have $45 worth of unsanitary scraps. Not going to complain, as I’d probably get saliva I can’t see next.
