The food is always delicious, and the orders are accurate, but the cashier Yowchi is the real star of the show. She is super friendly and efficient at the register, and is an incredible singer as well.
Went here for lunch and everything was great. We had our food within 5 mins of ordering. Delicious! Loved everything. Yowchi was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. Will be back soon!
I love love love the carna asada here. They're a bit more pricey now since the cost of everything has increased but it's still a very good meal for the price. I try to enjoy this restaurant at least once a week.
the service here is amazing, anner specifically made sure i had a great experience, he gave me great recommendations and helped me get the best deals! the atmosphere is very friendly and i encourage others to pick this location when they want some quality food by quality service
Went through the drive thru, and waited about 30 min to even get up to the pay window. There was only 2 cars in front of me. Came home, and the torta had bare minimum meat. Was going to let it go, but then when we went to eat the quesadillas we kept biting into small bones that we had to spit out. So we just ended up not even trying to eat the rest.
We have had lunch and dinner here many times and we’ve had good experiences before but nothing compares to today. We were greeted with a huge smile and welcoming. Yowhci treated us like family, for a second I thought I was at my mom’s house. But she didn’t do this just with us, every single person who came in received the same service. Yowhci has so much energy, when she wasn’t on the register, she was running cleaning tables, talking to customers. Great great experience, we will definitely come back!
Had a terrific lunch at Pollo Regio. Yowhci tended to us like a 5-star restaurant. She made sure we had flatware, napkins and told us wherethe chips and all the salsas were. The food was great i will tell all my friends and i will be returning. I will recommend the great service to all myfriends. Thanks a billion.

Came in after work for dinner, was greeted and placed an order. Food came out relatively quickly and hit the spot as always. Both Bobby and Manny were on It and made our visit a good one. Will definitely come back just based on the customer service we received
The place is good but Unreliable as hell! Been there about say... 10 times maybe. 2 of those times, these bozos had said they'd run out of chicken. Ran out? Like once... okay I get it, emergencies happen but 2 times? Change the name to Pollo Unreliable.
