If you have any type of schedule to adhere to, don't order from this place.In my previous experiences, pizza hut in general has been on time with their deliveries and their product has been acceptable.This was our first time ordering delivery from this location.We had needed to leave our house at 2pm. We ordered pizza at 1245 (time stamped). Their website specified delivery by 115. We figured that even if it was late, we could eat in the car. (not preferable).Well, when we left the house at 2pm, pizza wasn't here and the website still showed them making it. We called the location twice at 125 and 150 but the phone just rang and rang.Of course, it arrived shortly after we left. So about 1 hr and 20 min after we ordered it.So if you have lots of time on your hands and don't mind waiting over an hour for your pizza, this pizza hut location will be fine, I guess. But if you need your pizza in a reasonable amount of time, don't bother. It'll just waste your money like it did ours.
They failed two times with me. One when I ordered pizzas and wings to be delivered, and a second time when I ordered wings to pickup. The app was showing ready to pickup. I got there and they have not start to fry the wings. So I complained about and the person said he was alone and that would take more 30 minutes, at least. He clearly was doing another stuff and did not pay attention to the computer for orders. He really did not care about the situation. I said he needed to be professional and if he could not prepare the food on time, that he needed to call the client. I will certainly never order there anymore.
The Pizza I ordered had many issues. 1. Tomato topping was missed out although it was in website order. 2. Both Pizza and Bread Stick was not baked (under baked) - It was very raw inside and we had to dump it in thrash.
My pizza was cold. I was given a finger for a 113 minutes for my delivery. After 2 hours I called and was told it would still be another 45 minutes. Asked to be switched to carry out. Was told it was coming out of the oven when I got there less then 10 minutes later it was cold
Very poor customer service, no one is working the front desk, delayed my order by 45 minutes, not answering calls and completely ignoring the customers. I would never go back again here and encourage other not to.
I normally order from a location closer to my home. I discovered that my primary location is usually out of my favorite menu choices. This is my first visit to this location It seemed like this particular store was understaffed. I am aware that during this particular time all retail outlets are having difficulty adequately staffing due to the pandemic. It also seems that because some items were not available, your stores are dealing with supply chain issues. Having said all of that I am very understanding of the situation and I will continue to be a loyal Pizza Hut customer.
They never answer the phone !! I’m trying to call to make sure they add plenty of sauce on my wings because they barely put any sauce every time I order!
The employees at the store were great and extremely professional. I had no problems with the store at all. My problem is with pizza hut as a company. First complaint is when ordering by phone, you get a call center that you are directed to that pretty much sucks in general. I tried 3 separate times to access the store my order was coming out of and the call center kept disconnecting me. Second, when you try to access pizza hut through its website, no where do they list the prices of products. Which brings me to my third complaint, which is how expensive pizza hut food has gotten. What the heck! 70 bucks for 3 large pizzas and a dozen wings? And the large pizzas weren't really big at all. How does this company justify charging so much for its food? No wonder the prices weren't listed on the site. I will no longer be patronizing pizza hut ever again.
Wouldn’t recommend this location.Messed up a simple order. Gave me a cheese pizza instead of a 3 topping pizza I had ordered.I called the store and got left on hold and decided to go up to the store and return the pizza myself.Compensation for wasting my time and gas? Absolutely nothing. Not even an apology.I guess that’s normal at this location.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I found a FLY in our pizza when I got home. I should have checked it at the store. I didn't open it until I got home. Of course, no one will pick at the store, tried three times. Please check your order if you decide to order. We will not. Having a FLY in our pizza is totally unacceptable (also they forgot to add the sauce). Just unacceptable.
