Devlyn was amazing!!! I ordered online and I had noticed the delivery address was to my neighbors so I called. Devlyn answered and was able to assist me. When my order arrived I was missing my 2 liter root beer and I called again and Devlyn was so helpful I told because they are busy I’ll come up there and grab my drink, she had it waiting for me. She definitely deserves praise for being a great employee!
I pre ordered a pizza for 11am delivery. It was here just a few minutes after. The pizza, cinnamon sticks and cheese sticks were fresh and very good. The only thing that I wish would change is all of the fees added. I ordered a $12 pizza box and added bacon but it was almost $27 with only a small tip. I understand gas prices but if you are going to have all of the fees, at least give it to the drivers.
Horrible service. I landed in DFW this afternoon and called as soon as I was in my car. Waited over 40 minute on hold and never got anyone to pick up. Mrs Deb the manager said they were short staffed which I saw 2 people looking at there phones. I called as soon as I got their and the main phone worked….all of a sudden. *Use another location is at all possible*. Always been a fan of Pizza Hut but this was a joke

I ordered pizza for carry out the other day. I drove to them instead of having them deliver as I didn’t want to make them drive in the rainy weather. After arriving home my pizza was missing the only topping I ordered on it. Crazy. But gas prices are too high to turn around and waste gas going back up there. So I just ate the cheese pizza I didn’t order.
Pizza Hut is a family favorite. Not tonight. Pizza was 15 min late that is after the 73 min wait. Second we ordered the pepperoni lovers and received a regular pepperoni so that was disappointing. Lastly wings and pizza was very cold. Will need to order from another location next time.
Maybe if the pizza was hot, I may have a different review.We got a pepperoni, Hawaiian, and Meat Lovers.The flavor is okay but not the Pizza Hut I remember as a child when Pizza Hut was THE best pizza in the game.The temperature, the crust, the flavor. All mediocre. Which makes me sad to say.
I don’t know what has happened!I love the Hut…or, I did but over the last year I’ve had no luck getting them to deliver at home in McKinney, TX nor in San Antonio. They advertise heavily but fail to DELIVER.
Pizza was made to my order. Very good and please keep it up. Delivery time was pretty fast too. Please keep it up as well. About 4, 5 months ago, we ordered a pizza & wings. Took 1 1/2 for delivery. It was cold, cold. We decline the ordered. Take it back. We never got a refund or anything. Pizza Hut, you owe us a free pizza & hot wings or a refund. A large pepperoni & hot wings.
Not the first time, disappointed every single time with not so great customer service and pizzas are not so great either to Pizza Hut standards. Even after asking fro extra bake, the pizza we received was under bake and soggy!!! I definitely don’t recommend this location!
