Waited an hour and a half for delivery of ONE pizza and finally gave up. No one answered the phone. Still haven't heard from anyone and it has been 11 hours. I will take my business elsewhere. Permanently.
Worst service ever was told the pizza would be ready in 30 min when I arrived pizza has even been started and there were 8 more pizzas in front of me. The customer service here is terrible definitely don't recommend coming here.
The pizza we had at Mckinney, Dallas Texas location was so gross. There was Raw bread and stuff just throwed on the top.
I can understand it taking some time to check out things about my complaint. I also understand this is not a normal situation. As I stated initially the store in question bares no responsibility for my complaint. My issue is paying for something I did not get. Then being advised there would be some sort of follow-up with in 3 business days and this is C.O.B. of the third day and still no response has been received.
Made a small mistake when ordering pizza, tried calling the store with no luck. It’s been 15 minutes and still on hold, meanwhile the pizza was made and delivered.
I walked in to place an order. Two employees looked directly at me and didn’t say a word. Horrible customer service. The store looked a mess from what I can see from the counter. After 4 mins of waiting I walked out. It’s never that serious to spend my money where it’s not wanted.
I ordered Pizza and Wings got the wrong wings called 8 times ask for a Manager a girl named Jean refused to get the Manager keep hanging up on me... I paid good money for my order gave a tip I am calling Corp I want a full refund sorry customer service terrible service and not the right food
Pizza was made horribly toppings were not evenly distributed to the point some pieces had no toppings and some had too many. One of my worst Pizza Hut experiences.
The WORST Pizza Hut location in Mckinney, maybe even Texas in general. No one there knows how to pick up the phone and the wait times are outrageous.
I got the wrong order. I ordered a stuffed crust with sausage and received a pan crust with pepperoni. So next time I would like the correct order
