I was in you store last night that had an awe full gas smell. The manager seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. I left, as I don’t want to be in there when your store blows up. I can hen tried to call your order line in hopes they could get ahold of someone that made gut care but was informed there was nothing they could do. I feel sorry for your employees that are having to risk their lives.
Website doesn't function like it was built by a grown up - if you select delivery and it's not available due to staffing shortages, the web page hits a loop and can't recover from there. Calling into the number results in probably the stupidest hold methodology a human being can conceive of. It pretends like it's someone answering the phone and talking to you - like some sort of prank. Absolutely hilarious - Marcos is a 1/4 mile down the street from you so issue resolved. Papa Johns Corporate is costing you money...
I wouldn’t normally complain but this location is awful. I showed up and dude in the back folded boxes for 8 minutes looking right at me and ignoring me trying to get his attention. Then when they came over to help and I had to force him to look for my takeout order, they didn’t have it. Bro I just want the pizza I paid $15 mf dollars for ?
We order from here embarrassingly often. Of all the pizza chains this particular Papa Johns has never really let us down and the food arrives HOT 99% of the time, even though we live far from the restaurant. I can’t say the same for D’s or PH. I won’t order from the others anymore. Papa Johns is our go to when we’re tired and just don’t wanna cook.
We love papa johns pizza. We always order from our MCKINNEY location and usually we have no problems, but today I ordered a pizza at 5:40 because my son was having his break at 6. He left without eating because we were waiting on the pizza and I just now got it!… after 2 hours +….. I think they forgot to place my order !. That’s not ok.
My experience coming here and ordering pizza to pick up is always on time, hot,and fresh. Thanks to the crew and management at PapaJohns. Keep up the good work
Triple bacon pizza and bacon- jalapeños poppers were good. Forgot to tell them thin crust which is better
Just saw that viral video with that little kid being disrespectful and that man child that didn’t handle the situation well at all. They both should be fired with a lawsuit.
Sounds like that viral video on facebook, that they need a new GM over (Ryan buttly). I would never visit this store. Thank goodness their are better and more respectful people out there, that care about their customers. This is not a customer friendly store... So sad. Im so sorry for your poorly ran store Papa Johns.
Very rude customer service. Employees made inappropriate comments about my appearance. Manager was no help. My order took an hour even though i was the only person to order. When i asked for a refund because i couldnt wait the manager threatened me with blacklisting.
