Came here to get a plate. Each time more expensive. I asked for string bean chicken and asked for more chicken because a majority is all string beans. And the lady working said no.
The interest meal SUCKED!! IT WAS COLD. THE NOODLES WERE HARD AND COLD. THE BEEF WAS RUBBERY AND THE RICE WAS HARD AS HELL. IM BETTING IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS COLD. AND WHEN I GOT IT IT GOT EVEN COLDER BEFORW O MADE IT HOME
I’m seriously disappointed with this location! We ordered and prepaid online. When we got to the drive thru, a polite young man admitted they had a mix up with our order and asked us to come in. I went in to discover that whoever picked up our order had brought it back. I asked if they packed our order fresh and the young man admitted it had not been. I requested that it be redone. Then one of the two oriental women working, quickly and abruptly spoke to the young mans and said it had been. I knew she was lying. She wouldn’t even look at me. I will NOT be returning to this location again and will be contacting corporate. This is bad even if covid wasn’t an issue.
Really great location! I’m a regular there and I’ve never had any issues! I love ordering ahead when they’re busy so I don’t have to wait in line and my food is always good!
This place does not run out of food like the one in Mckinney Panda. I went here and I was amazed that on a Saturday night they had all the food available ready to order.Unlike Panda Mckinney, that the young workers to me they ran out of Taranaki Chicken after waiting 10 minutes for attention. I told the young worker no thanks and went to Panda Prosper where I was well attendant.
I went there in the evening with my mom and we ordered a pretty large amount and were unsure about some stuff. We took a bit to order but Raphael was extremely helpful and nice and didn't make it sound like we were being annoying at all (even though we probably were). Also despite the line looking decently long it went pretty quick and our huge order only took a couple minutes!
Awesome ! food was delicious, ready at exact time it was set for pick-up.
Today I wanted Panda Express, after I guess a good while, and the first thing I noticed was GREAT customer service through the drive-in. Young lady overall had GREAT customer service. I wanted something like chicken fried rice. She suggested the fried rice with chicken teriyaki & a side of beef & broccoli for my husband. I want to thank her for her help & Great suggestion!!! The food was MARVELOUS. The food was hot, fresh, and of course very delicious. I've been to many Panda Expresses. There is NO comparison. GREAT WORK to this AWESOME facility.
I like this location I eat here pretty consistently the food is always fresh and delicious the service is always fast.No complaints at all. It has easy access from the road and it's easy to get out of. I love the Chow mein noodles I get the the orange chicken and cashew shrimp.
Ate there for the 1st time and it was pretty good had the orange chicken over white rice bowl,it was pretty good just wish there was more chicken in it
