My family and I have driven by this place multiple times, and finally decided to stop in for dinner. Easy access off of 380 with plenty of parking. The staff taking our order was very polite and friendly. When we told him it was our first visit, he took the time to go over the menu with us. This place was very clean with a upscale relaxed atmosphere. We got 2 pizzas and cheese bread...it was wonderful. We will definitely be returning.
Alec and the team at this location are amazing! The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is second to none. Also, if you order a salad and want chicken on it. Request the chicken they put on the pizzas. It's a game changer!
There is a pretty spot in the corner of this location. The pizza is great but the crust could be a bit more thick in my opinion.

I've visited a few locations and the experience has always been a pleasant one. This location in McKinney on hwy 380 is aesthetically very nice and feels upscale. The staff was very kind, courteous, and attentive. We had a large party and they did their best to accommodate all of us. Although I am a big fan of their pizza, my stomach was not. I ordered the King pizza which is their version of common Supreme. I enjoyed it but later that evening it gave me a stomach ache and I only ate a few slices. I thought the first time this happened it was just me or the location using old ingredients but when the same thing happened at this location I knew it was the pizza. Sorry Palio, I like the pizza but my stomach doesn't. ?♂️Ps the Greek salad was really good!
Not even sure why I am giving it 4 stars. To me it would be serving size is mediocre at best. Has fresh ingredients and their sauces are amazing. I had a calzone and their garlic butter is to die for.
Have been going to this location for years, unfortunately the service has gone down hill along with the quality of the food. My family loved going to Palio's because the staff was always so kind and welcoming, the past few months that hasn't been the case. The pizza has been cold, and they haven't hasn't been the same quality. Our last visit this girl working the front with purple hair was incredibly rude when we asked about the price, she seemed annoyed when I simply asked a question. (Wasn't being a Karen, I worked customer service for years and sympathize with them). The girl working angrily took the card from me. We loved supporting local business, but after multiple visits being disappointing we are disappointed to have to find a new "night out" restaurant.
Pizza was very good. Loved the crust the cut prevented smaller children to get large slices they couldn’t eat the entire slice
First time here and the food was really good. Nice quiet atmosphere where you can carry on a conversation without having to raise your voice. Definitely coming back to this place
