We didn’t realize they delivered and were happy they did. The ginger chicken was amazing and the friend rice was not greasy (a common complaint of mine). We also had the crab Rangoon and it was crispy but light. Wonderful.
It’s a big disappointment. I was so hungry when I ordered the food. After I tasted it, I lost my appetite. The beef was dry. The chicken was dry. Even the basic dishes like fried rice and lo mein were not tasty at all. The only good thing I could say was the lettuce was fresh, though.
Haley was the staff member that helped me. I parked out front waiting on a text order. she came out to the car to see if she could help. She was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and personable. The food was excellent. The service from Haley was 5 Star.
Mapo tofu is gluey instead of crispy, all the batter on honey chicken and sesame shrimp are mushy and sticky. The brown rice is not cooked thoroughly. You can tell the chief/cooks are totally not trained. In fact, they should close down this to-go only location, it totally ruin the reputation of P.F. Chang. We will never try this location anymore.
Great food & excellent service! Haley attended to our orders and was very pleasant as well helpful. This is our favorite location as a result. We will be returning again very soon.
It is a surreal experience getting fancy restaurant quality PF Chang's through a drive through. Normally when you get food through a drive in window you don't expect such high quality. Dare I say it was a luxury type food experience...miles above the Pei Wei's and Panda Express's of the world in flavor profile and overall yumminess. The service and food is excellent and they hire really amazing people here who go the extra mile to make you feel special and taken care of.The one downside is you pay for the quality. Normally food to go has somewhat of a discount Vs dine in. This is not $10-12 range. Expect to pay $18/minimum for a single entree (at the time of this review). That being said... I am grateful this place exists and when my wife are wanting exquisite Chinese food to go we pick up some Chang's spicy chicken with the noodles instead of rice...or lettuce wraps. It has always felt like a treat...and there has also never been any line or wait time when we have ordered.Oddly I felt the food quality was even better than the sit down PF Chang's in Allen, TX which is weird. Either they have an unusually good chef or the consistency is improved due to the reduced menu (yes not the full menu is here, only the "hit items"). Still there is something for everyone.
Jonathan at the PF Chang’s to go in McKinney went above and beyond. I am celiac and he made gluten free vegetable spring rolls for me. Thank you, Jonathan! They were delicious and was much appreciated!
Now, the thing about pf changs is that it is always amazing. Nothing less. At least that's my opinion. But the only problem I had with this exact location is that it is a to-go place. And obviously it says it in the shops name, but it's kinda annoying if you think about it. They would be much better having dine-in. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars
Terrible. I’m very disappointed in the quality of food from this location. It’s nothing like I expected because I’ve eaten at P.F. Chang’s before and this is such poor quality food. The chicken was cold and soggy, EXTREMELY GREASY, the breading didn’t even taste like it was cooked, it reminded me of soggy pancakes. I can’t believe I spent $41 on two appetizers and an entree for this extremely disappointing food. Other than that, the staff was quite friendly.
Super great service… staff is very friendly. I had the spicy chicken and it was awesome!! Topped it off w the Great Wall chocolate cake that is a great size for sharing.. or for just you no judgement. Will definitely be going back for more take out!
