The zesty fries for two were delicious, and the portion of fries was huge. My husband and I couldn't get through them. We enjoyed the burgers too. They were without a doubt 100% better than any drive thru joint and better than your typical restaurant style burger. I especially like that we could dress our burgers with fresh toppings and sauces of our choosing. All in all, seems to be a great place!
It's very similar to five guys, but back when their burgers were very well priced. They gave you a huge serving of fries the same way in a bag. They offer the same ingredients on your burger at no extra charge. Although they do have a few extra toppings available. The zesty fries are not good at all though. The seasoning does not work for fries, it should be used more in a Mexican dish. Here's a tip that they don't tell you on the menu, if you don't want a huge portion of fries, order a half size.
One and Only is the best place in McKinney for a burger and fries. If you don’t live in McKinney, it is definitely worth the trip. The fries are hand cut, and they come out piping hot. A small is enough for one VERY hungry person. The burgers are fully customizable, and toppings don’t cost extra. Don’t waste time or money anywhere else. Get you some.
If you want a good burger and are not looking for a hefty bill One and Only Burgers and Fries is the place to stop. The quality of the meat is good and they are cooked to a perfect medium well with the slightest hint of pink to maintain a nice and juicy burger. The fries are fresh cut and fill the bottom of the bag. I have to admit the amount of oil coming through the bag had me conceded, however they were good. I am not a huge fan of fresh cut and prefer them a bit crispy, but my wife loved them and they were as I said good. If in the area I recommend stopping in for a bite.
Great place to get cooked-to-order burgers at unbeatable prices. 5 of us shared the large bag of fries and it was almost too much. Old-fashion greasy spoon style food that brings back memories of the good places to eat when we were kids. I have had better burgers, but they cost twice as much or more. The tea has great flavor, too.
Burgers always made fresh to order. No precooked patties. Pick your toppings no extra charge and a very good selection. Even peppers, pineapple. Also, the fries are fresh cut and fried. Try the seasoned fries. They are awesome with the house made signature sauce. Locally owned and operated. The owner is almost always there to oversee the quality. I highly recommend!
Good burgers and great fries. 5 stars if they had gotten our order correct. SO ordered cheeseburger with BBQ sauce, didn't get the BBQ sauce?. I order avocado on my bacon cheeseburger but only got 1 little slice?.
Food was very good and it was very busy inside. Service was pretty fast for the amount of customers they had. Be careful of the fries. A small is more than enough for two people.

Best burger place around. Food is fantastic, get your money’s worth. Employees are constantly wiping down tables keeping it clean. The manager walked around making sure customers were happy and taken care of. Can’t wait to come back.
