We love On the Border and the food was the usual quality. We were greeted well and the hostess was friendly. Beyond that the staff was especially unfriendly. We sat for about 5 minutes without anyone coming to our table. The table next to us was sat, served drinks, and chips and queso before anyone came to our table. We were ignored by one waitress, almost run into by another. It was definitely one of our more unpleasant experiences at this chain.

My husband has been wanting to try this place for a while so we finally decide to go yesterday....omg what a disappointment. The food was subpar. The queso had a film on it and the waitress thought that was ok to bring to the table. We even ordered the appetizer queso which was just velveeta and salsa. I would have made the same food at home for cheaper and better quality. The server was a manager working as a server for some god unknown reason and really did not check on the table. We are typically an easy table to deal with and tip very well but not yesterday. We will not be eating at this brand after yesterday because my husband has been sick since eating here.

This place was nice. The whole team came here after a game, they had plenty of room for us, took orders immediately, and got our food out correctly and quickly. The servers were kind and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Nice area as well!

Nothing like from the picture! chicken and onions are dead, not fresh. Ofcourse I got the tacos and sauce but I would say not worth for $15; my first time purchase and had to pretty compromise on taste.

Wow!! What amazing catering and so affordable!’ Thank you guys for making my little man’s birthday so awesome! I greatly appreciate you guys! Such wonderful service and the lady (so sorry forgot her name) was so kind and friendly!!! Made the experience even more enjoyable!! Will be ordering catering again for sure! Thank you guys again!

This experience for the 2nd time was horrible. The best part about it was the 1st person who answered the phone. They provided good customer service. The person transferred me to an inconsiderate manager who told me that I was charged a hidden package fee of 5.66 even though my order showed an .80 pkg fee. I said, I didnt know On The Border charges that much for packaging and he stated that is the fee. He can see it on his end and sorry I dont see it. I then receive my order and the 1st thing wrong is that it was missing a chicken soft taco, strawberry sauce for the cheesecake, and not only everything was extremely cold, the rice was not cooked. Did I mention I live less than 2.0 miles? So not only did I pay the highest pkg fee ever at 5.66, I didn't receive my full order, and the food was extremely cold and undone. This was the 2nd and last experience with this location.

I walked and was Greeted by a nice looking gentleman (Brandon I believe his name was) Shantel behind the bar was super great and fun to talk too.Friendly faces, great environment, awesome drinksHighly recommend!

Horrible experience. The waitress forgot our appetizer. Then she dropped tortillas on the floor and left the broken container there our whole visit. Everyone stepped over the broken container. The hostess was more attentive than the waitress. My kids did not like the food. My refried beans were old. We were celebrating my mother’s birthday. What a horrible way to end the night. We definitely chose the wrong restaurant.

Over priced and the avocado fries were so greasy we didn't eat them.I would have left a $5 tip, our waitress was good, but since they automatically added a gratuity.... Oh well.

Food was good and so was the beer. Only thing is the portion size is too small on the fajitas. Only a few pieces of vegetables and wnough chicken for a couple small fajitas. Still good food!
