More like Nom Nom Fresh Dog Food than Grill. Witnessed a poor treatment of a customer last evening. Nom Nom’s Racist Taco should be the appropriate name. A customer clearly articulated guac, even said avocado clearly and worker glared at customer and scooped tomatoes onto the plate. When customer said, no I want the guac, the worker dumped off the tomatoes versus making a new salad bowl. Than when customer told the manager the situation she said no, we know how to treat customers. Which is a total lie as the manager was not even on the line - the manager was in the back. The customer was nothing but polite and professional while the customer endured the rude behavior of the racist employees. I would fire each one of them and make sure they have the appropriate training! It is businesses like this that I hope also goes out of business, one less grill, one less problem - no worries! On another note, the Department of Health needs to inspect this place and close this joint! Observing a dirty restaurant, cannot imagine the dirty prep work with the food.
I read the reviews and wasn't sure we should try Nom Noms, but we were in the area and decided to risk it. My wife and I were both very happy with our orders. I had pork, she had carne asada. We got bowls with various toppings. It's was all really good. My favorites were the green salsa, cheese sauce and chipotle mayo. We're looking forward to going again and hope to have room for the yummy looking Ice cream next time
All good and one bad experience today 1/13/2022 12:30PM with Staff behavior.I have been a regular with Nom Noms for last 6-8 months and mostly prefer to do a to-go and the lady staff used to help and even give extra salsa when I ask for a little extra charge.Today there were 2 men staff, one on the counter and one serving, somehow there behavior was rude from beginning with me. When I asked for 2 kids burrito, I chose rice and beans with guac; for the toppings they usually allow 2 toppings apart from these. I wanted roasted corn, cheese but these men said No I cannot choose more than 1 topping in kids burrito and argued with me. I tried hard explaining rice and beans is not part of toppings but they firmly said No.I also showed them online order allows me to select more than 1 topping but the person at the counter was not even ready to understand what I was telling him and started saying "he is working here for last 5 years...blaw blaw" , "he doesn't care what online allows as they gave it to 3rd party" etc.,I was trying to explain him, whatever the issue is please bring to your owners attention about the difference in online order but I don't think he was even ready to listen and behaved very rude. I had walk off as it is no use talking to this weird-o.
Amazing staff and food! I go here often because my mother is a vegetarian, she has the ability to fully customize her bowl at this restaurant. For me, it's about a family feel, and this place just gives that vibe off. I don't feel like another cog in the machine here like I do at Chipotle or other competitors. The food is always prepared fresh and the quality is just better than other establishments. I come for the amazing food, but continue going due to the staff. Thanks!

Excellent food and service.Loved bowl and Nomchos.However, their spicy salsas did not carry any heat.Loved their ice cream. Marvelous.Nice ambience for dine in.Will visit again soon.
Ordered the taco basket with ground beef and got lettuce tacos with a teaspoon of ground beef smeared on the tortilla. This cost more than the burritos/bowls!
There food is Delicious!! Food is always fresh. I love going to eat there, it always gets me in an amazing attitude.All the staff is kind.
Had a couple of yummy tacos. The chips are not home made; I think. Unfortunate if they are not. I am sure they can make a better chip than that. Also, salsa was good. Service was excellent and they used real chicken and not something pressed with rib meat!
