We are in a hotel because my husband had eye surgery. We ordered a pizza 3 days ago..it was delivered..all was good. Today I tried to order a delivery and was told this same hotel is now out if their delivery range. We lived here many years and this was our favorite pizza..we will no longer support them. Terrible customer service. They try to tell me it was a different mr. Jim's but it was this one. I lived here many years..I know where I ordered from. It's also on my cc post. They are not the same great place we knew.
I want to marry this pizza.I've ordered from them several times and the pizza is always delicious and the drivers are friendly :) Recently I got a spinach, pineapple and mushroom and it was amazing!! Their desserts are yummy too!
Sauce was good, crust hella HELLA garlic, cheese MID, pepperoni was aight, bacon was burnt and wasn’t enjoyable, don’t even get me started on the cheese sticks bruh, not even lactose intolerant and I swear my dookie going to the center of the earth tonight. Order at own risk! Little Ceasers better bruh :’(
My number one pizza joint in McKinney. You will not find anything greater than Mr. Jim’s in this area. I’ve been rocking with them for a few years. Anytime there was a minor issue which was rare, they make sure to correct it. I like the reward program as well. Pizza is great, inexpensive, and good quality.
DELICIOUS pizza! Abundant toppings and quality ingredients. Perfectly cooked exactly how I wanted it. The Jim Stix are far superior to any big franchise's cheesy bread. Price is better than the other independent pizza place I usually go to, so Mr. Jim's in McKinney will be my new choice when I am craving pizza. My only regret is that I did not order the cinnamon sticks. Next time for sure.
Double charged me and then still got the order wrong. Had to file a first claim.. now I’m filing a second claim. This place is full of dingbats… oh and their pizza sucks too.
We are new to the DFW area and wanted to try some local pizzas, so we tried Mr. Jim's. They make seriously good pizzas, we are really hooked. Their wings and bread sticks were delicious too. And mind you, we were late in picking up our order so they got a little cold. Despite that, they tasted delicious. Definitely recommended.
I, came in inside 11:15 am to order, everything was so pleasent and friendly. The Lady was very nice and cool. I, ordered a all meat thin pizza. I, got original crust, she offered to fix another one. I, said it was ok. The pizza was great good and cheesey that's the way I, like it.This is not a complaint. Everything was delicious. Thanks !
Mr. Jim’s is the closest pizza place to my family’s home and the pizza is actually good. However, the service is sub par half of the time. If you must order pizza here, do pick up and not delivery. They typically leave out items or flat get them wrong. (Doesn’t matter if you call or order online) Tonight was it for me. Things were left out of my delivery order, including the icing for my children’s cinistix. I politely called and asked if the items could be delivered as I live down the street. They said yes. 45 minutes later still nothing. So I drive up to Mr.Jim’s and get it myself. Employees didn’t seem to care about my inconvenience and didn’t even offer an apology. While I have had several things left out before, the employees were always apologetic and at least helped once I called. (People make mistakes). This time I truly felt like they do not care about my business. So despite the convenience, quality of pizza, and good experiences at other locations, my family and I will be taking our business elsewhere. Order delivery at own risk!!!!!
