I had an Uber order that was just Apple pies. The employee said they didn’t have it, couldn’t make it. He could have made the order and checked it off in the app when it came in on their end (as long as I prove I have the delivery). He said he couldn’t see the order and couldn’t heat up the apple pies because they just opened. I thought the point of being open is you can actually prepare and serve food!
Be cautious with your decision to go to this location. They need retraining on Handel if stress during busy hours. Check your food before you eat it or he’ll before you leave because I got all the way home, almost choked on my breakfast sandwich that had a chunk of egg shells in it. Not only that but I don’t get a credit or anything to replace my meal after I emailed corporate and the owner simply apologized and nothing more. Doesn’t seem like a confident owner to trust who’s handling their food. Just use caution. Or risk it, whatever.
My father is a senior and he loves to come here for a senior coffee because of the price and the chance to get out of the house. Kelsey, an employee is just an absolute sweetheart to him. She always checks in with him and makes sure he’s doing well. As someone who can’t be there for him all the time, it’s AMAZING to see how great the employees are at this establishment. Thanks to Kelsey for being awesome and to whomever hired them!
Went tonight and the place was not busy. Order was wrong and had to go back for missing fries. Happy Meal also didn't have fries either. The manager didn't apologize as she fixed the mistake. A girl ahead of us was missing fries and the next customer also was missing an apple pie for his kid. Four associates were just hanging out along with the manager. Poor leadership and untrained staff is the reason for many of these 1 star reviews. Drive further and go some place else. This honestly is not a Chick-fil-A or Whataburger service level. Hopefully better training can be implemented to highlight a lot these 1 star reviews.
This place is trapped in April 2020 in the pre-vaccine days of covid. The kiosks are offline, the play area is blocked off ("for your safety" of course), no napkins or ketchup are available in the dining area, and you're getting your order to go whether you're eating in or not. And there's lots of plastic screens between yourself and the order taker, so your (or their) halitosis will be a non-issue. If you're a bottom line-only kind of person the food was fine and the server was friendly enough. But if you've had it up to here with the "because covid" and "for your safety" nonsense there are plenty of other McDonald's in this area without the unsolicited side order of hand-wringing.
Employees lack training at this location, they constantly mess up. No manager on duty. Shift supervisor/ leader don’t understand how to their job works. Registers constantly crash. Sweet tea machine doesn’t work. Soda fountain out of syrup. Food is never correct. There’s no order quality assurance. Mens Restroom out of soap. Witnessed two McDonalds Employees go in. There was NO SOAP. What did they use to wash their hands? Will report this location to health department. I highly recommend you use another McDonalds location until this one corrects its issues.
Just teenagers having a good time. They’re not taking the job seriously, but they were funny so they get 4 stars. Doesn’t seem like they have best management. I enjoyed the workers besides the drive through person eating while handing me the food and everything was cold. But... they were funny
They have missed items on all three different times I've ordered over a span of around 4 months. I am never ordering from this establishment again and never plan to order McDonald's in general from uber eats if they will continually miss items. Unless I get appropriate recompense for these missing items I may never eat from any McDonald's around my house again and probably chose a different restaurant from now on to get my fix every few weeks.

One of the managers I dealt with at this location during the evening today was extremely rude. I have worked several customer service jobs, and how you treat your customers no matter where you work is important. I don’t think someone who talks to people that way should be in a manager position. I wish I had asked for this manager’s name, but I didn’t.However, despite my bad experience I gave 2 stars because of a very kind employee I encountered while there named Aaliyah. She was extremely kind when I spoke with her, gave me fast service, and apologized several times to me that they had charged me for someone else’s order on accident, even though it wasn’t at all her fault. Thank you Aaliyah for your kindness and wonderful customer service.
