This location keeps going down. A few weeks ago my son wanted ff, we go thru the drive thru, order fries nothing else and get served stale, cold fries go back around ask for fresh fries and we were served THE SAME FRIES and by the manager no less.
I ordered on my phone and the pass me to sec window, gave me my diet drink and asked me to wait on no. 1 pick up area, they hold me for more than 20 min and after I asked them what happened to my order the just easy said not received, how ever I have screen shot of my order Number and also payment goes through and they gave me a right drink of my order, but keep saying they don't have my order and not giving me anything, don't waste your time on this store and try to go with other burger around which are more polite and reasonable.
They blast loud music at the drive through. It’s always a song everybody hates, like Shania Twain‘s “You’re still the one that I want.”Rolling up the window and turning up your music doesn’t even drown it out. I’ve been 3 times, and the music is always worse than the last time.The employees at the drive though are average for McDonald’s.This is the first time I’ve ever given a bad rating for something like this.
Every time I go here {which isnt often because of them ALWAYS messing up my order} they mess up my order and when you TRY to call them to complain they NEVER answer their phone. Im done with wasting my money time and energy giving them another time.
I picked up through drive through at this location last night. I ordered numerous items and one was a Quarter Pounder with no ketchup. It came as ordered but it was raw in the center and still bloody. I had already eaten almost half when I realized it was raw. Today I a not feeling well and it is not COVID related. I will not be eating at this location ever again.
Customer service here is pitiful. Obviously not hiring on integrity. No need to eat here when you have Chick-Fil-A.
Went through New Years Eve to get some food around 9:45. Got to the Drive Thur and was told, “We’re closed, go home”. To which I said “your closed?” Then someone yelled through the box “Bitch Bye”. As I drive around I see the works all laughing at the cash register. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until know. Just curious if management knows what is going on.

I order a cheeseburger happy meal, and a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. The lady put in that I wanted a burger with double cheese. I told her several times that I wanted a double quarter pounder with cheese, but she wouldn't listen to me. She finally got a young man to help, who i also had to correct but only because she gave him the wrong information on my order. When I pull up to get my food, the young girl gives me my drinks and my kids happy meal and with an attitude told me that I needed to pull around and wait since I decided to change my order. I didn't change my order, you people got it wrong. My kid got her happy meal cold because of yall. You are the same people saying that you need more money because the minimum wage isn't enough. Yall aren't worth the 13 yall are getting paid. Your not even worth the minimum wage in my opinion. I repeated my order 7 times, but you wouldn't listen, and then your coworker is rude to me like its my fault. Really?
It is 1:53 A.M and I went to Mc Donalds but nobody there could provide me a service. I saw a person sitting on a chair and was not able to even say anything. It was very upsetting.I know and understand it is a hard schedule, but you could have help me out, and do things right and get my order. I even took a picture.I love McDonald's but lately the service is been very bad and disappointing.
