Drive thru incompetence! Burned me trying to hand me coffee! I have ordered coffee at McDonald’s for years never had this happen. Didn’t even ask are you ok?
Got my usual breakfast from McDonald’s but switched up the location to this place. I get a mocha just about every morning to help wake me up. The “mocha” that I received from this place had no coffee in it and hardly any flavor. What I received was basically just hot water with creamer in it. Ordered through the app to save time since I was on my way to work and didn’t notice the mistake till it was too late. I’d rather drive a little farther in the morning to the next McDonald’s than get this again.
Ordered the 2 for $6 Fish filet and 2 apple pies. Took a bite out of the first pie and it was gummy and dried out. Tried the second one..same. I wasn't able to go back last night so I tried to take them back today. The female manager was extremely rude and unprofessional! Told me that because I did not have my receipt, that she could not replace the pies. You could clearly see that these were McDonald pies, in their packaging. I will be calling Corporate to make a formal complaint. The pies were less than $5 but it's the principle of being treated poorly as a customer! Do better McDonalds!!
Horrible service! Tried to use my app for $5 20 piece nugget. Girl at Drive thru had no idea what she was doing. I gave my whole order and she said it’s not working, didn’t know what I ordered and I had to give it all again. She said she got it, asked what sauces and then when I got up to pay, she said it didn’t work. Called someone over and it still didn’t work. And the scanner didn’t work. I gave another number and still didn’t work. Seemed odd since I have never had that problem at any other McDonald’s, but was done at this point, so I ordered a $3 bundle. The girl said a 10 piece and I said no, $3 bundle with 6 piece nugget and small fries. When I got my receipt, she charged me for a 10 piece nugget and small fry at $6.78 plus tax. When I got up to the window, I told the young man there and he called the same man, who I guess was manager over and told him. Then I had to explain the whole thing again because he kept asking if I was missing the 10 piece nugget I never ordered! He came back to give me my food and I had to tell them they over charged me, but they didn’t give me my receipt back. Then he came back and gave me $3 dollars cash, no receipt. And now I am still at least $1 shorted. I have had problems at McDonald’s before, but I have never left a review. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I will not be going back.
You spend $7 for large fri n large coke ....and this is what I get...not fullFUUUUUUK U TOOOOO!!!
The employee at the front register did not know what a hamburger was. She barely spoke English. I know that nobody else but me orders the regular small hamburgers but still.....
Idk why they ask for what kind of sauce do I want if they never put it in the bag :/ dry nuggies
One of the best things on the friggin menu, the fries were definitely undercooked and gross. I'm pretty sure the oil was good as there was no aftertaste and I think they were pulled way early before the cook timer sounded. I know how they are sposed to be as I managed a McDonald's years ago.
Lazy. They don't adhere to breakfast hours and terrible service. I realize it's a McDonald's but serving something during the hours stated should be normal instead of saying no so you won't have to work. Just shut this place down already. So many bad reviews.
Better then last time I was here ordered some strawberry pies they made sure they were bagged up and handed to me before I got my bag of food which was cool
