This place is not willing to compromise, I went up and ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese and tomato, 2 cheese burgers with no pickles, and a third double quarter pounder with bacon. They then proceeded to take off the 2 pounders with tomato. We had used a 50% coupon and my dad was on the phone when I ordered. This place has no idea what they are doing and need new management and training. It's a shame that a place like this is still running eith the reviews and history with it.
Just pick up Big Mac, 2 apple pies. Apple pies where old and dry. Had to throw out. Called them , first thing they ask for was receipt. Please check your food because they rush you and then you get old food. Its not about the money it getting home and finding uneatable food. Not cool!
Clearly, the only requirement to work at this location is a pulse. I was ordering food for a homeless veteran in the adjacent parking lot. I used the app and attempted to pick up at the outside window. The lady informed me all orders on the app needed to be picked up in the drive-thru. Okay, cool. I get in the drive-thru line. Upon telling the employee at the speaker I have a mobile order, he says he can’t find my order. I give him the order number. I didn’t have a drive-thru code because on the app, I chose the “pick up inside restaurant” option. The employee kept saying “you can order and pay for you food. You’re not going to get it for free.” First of all, wasn’t trying to get food for free. Second, it was already paid for via Apple Pay on the McDonald’s app. I guess he located my order because then he told me,” online orders need to be picked up at curbside parking.” Umm, no. I was told to get in the drive-thru line. Also, why is it an option to pick up inside or drive thru on the app? Needless to say, they gave me the order at the drive-thru window. This location is a disgrace. The food wasn’t even for me, but these were some of the rudest (and unintelligent) employees I’ve ever come across. It’s not rocket science, it’s fast food. All I wanted to do was pick up my order.
As I walked up to the window, a woman came out yelling at me that it was drive thru only. I said I needed to use the restroom, and she shooed me away saying it wasn't public.

Waited about 15 minutes in-line and they closed on us. Everyone else behind us were waiting to see if anyone answered on the drive thru com. There was a few people walking around inside as we drove passed the windows to leave. Terrible experience and will never support this location ever again. Last time there were cops and a long line, so I gave this location the benifit of the doubt and left. I understand if they’re short staff but, if that’s the case they should’ve closed this location early and not waste everyones time waiting in a line. It’s better to close a location early than having short staffed employees working late and dealing with issues. I hope that this location can do better.
Robbing the customer. Mc thieves . Fill the cup to the top. And quit serving half full orders of large fries....
I made a pick up order on the app. Waited 10 minutes in the parking lot until the app said the order was complete. I went through the drive thru to get my order, but since I couldn't give the order number (which is not included in order details for some reason) they refused to give me my order. They also refused to look at my phone which had all of the other order details. They asked if I wanted to order it again even though I had already paid for my pickup order, and I said no and got Burger King instead. Don't make pickup orders at this location.
Avoid this location. not reliable, no consistency. never know if they are open or not. seems like nobody care to work. bad service. It's like fliping coin, sometimes you win sometimes you loose. and their coffe taste like water. Do something about it Mcdonalds.
Love getting breakfast from McDonald's. We were really surprised that this particular morning they had no Dr.Pepper or Sprite. But sweet tea works.
