Went thru drive thru they were pretty quick. But the only thing i didn't like is the person that took my card said the total only. Didn't say thank you or here's ur receipt nothing. Then I pull up to 2nd window for food. That person didn't say a word. Like here's ur food or thank u for coming absolutely nothing. Looked like a robot handing me my food. I said thank to both people. With no response. But this is definitely something that happens not only here but lots of other fast food places.

Manager closed dining area early. I was picking up an Uber order and due to her closing the dining area I had to wait in the long drive-through line for over 15 minutes when I got to the window she informed me that the order I was there To pick up had already been picked up by another driver. Since I had been sitting in the drive-through so long I got another order to which I had to wait in additional 5 minutes for them to make. Not very Uber eats doordash friendly however the young lady that was working the drive-through window was very kind and the customer's food was hot because I had to wait for them to make it fresh so they only lose 2 stars.

Let me start out by saying that Travis is a very wonderful employee and that McDonald's should be very honored to have him I had actually been very pleased with the outcome of my situation I was happier than what I would have been if I would have just ordered the food N everything would have went smoothly I had an issue with the McDonald's app and it took my reward points but did not process the order completely to the restaurant my child was hungry and I left my purse at my house and I had no other way to feed her and it really sucked I was so upset I called McDonald's corporate customer service and let them know what happened I received a phone call from this man named Travis and I assumed that it was one of the corporate managers Or supervisors over McDonald's corporation and that department because he was so professional he had Just wonderful customer service skills I've never expected a call from McDonald's employee To be so savvy and to be very energetic and calming and to actually make me laugh which was I thought impossible at that point fixed everything for me and made sure that I was OK and went out of his way completely to do that cause that man didn't have to do any of it they were just supposed to refund the reward points to my account he went above and beyond his job so I don't know who this employee is but People need to pay attention to him whoever the managers Are That Man should be going places within your corporation thank you so very much! My family owned restaurants in the Chicago area I grew up in the restaurant business and I have not seen customer service so great in about 13 years and even then it was at a luxurious Italian restaurant with no prices on the menu!

Don't usually post negative reviews of fast food, it's a volume business and things get hectic, but this was just unbelievable. Ordered 2 Happy Meals, neither got apples even though it was specifically asked for. Big Mac had pickles when asked for them to left off. Nuggets were right, yay! But here is it the one that shocked me: a Quarter Pounder with cheese, simple, easy, and should have been fine. Nope. They didn't give me a bottom bun, I mean really no bottom bun. Under the burger patty I had cheese stuck to the box. Not sure how anyone working the grill looked at the box without a bun in and thought, hey I'll just put this cheesy burger patty right onto cardboard. Didn't even tape the receipt to the bag so I have any proof I was there.

Did a mobile order for MC flurries this evening but machine was down. I was promised that my card will not be charged. Well it was. I went back to get a refund and the acting manager at that time offered to give me anything I want or a refund. I said give me my refund. He proceeds to give me the cost of the two items I ordered but not the tax that was charged. I tried to explain that to the manager but he insisted that he gave me the correct refund. After explaining and showing him how I'm getting to my number he still insisted that he already gave me money and if I am not satisfied to come back tomorrow and talk to his boss Carlos Fabricio? Couldn't really understand him through his mask. I said I don't live around here but he just walked away. It's not even about the money anymore but the principle and the fact that he just walked away. Very in professional.

Wrong orderPoor customer serviceThis happened 1/31/2022 at 6:20 PM!It was literally just our car, we stayed by the speaker for a while and no one welcomed or even observed us, I placed a very simple order 1 shake, 2 ice cream 2 fries and 1 water but what I received was 2 shakes, 2 ice creams and 1 water, I asked for my fries the food serving employee responded with a very tense and rude tone “YOU DIDN’T PAY FOR A FRIES”.I understand there is a staffing issue everywhere but please try to hire better employees.

DON’T GO HERE AT NIGHT!! If I could give this Macdonald’s Zero I would. I never write negative reviews. I’m a waitress and I know sometimes is busy or short staff like every where else we go. But this place is so bad at nights when is slow or busy. The managers are so rude and always forget something. Always give mid/cold fries and nuggets. Like I said it don’t matter if it’s busy or not The managers and employees always have a really bad attitude and so Rude.

The last three times I’ve been to this location the orders have been wrong. I’ve never ordered anything complicated. Even when I checked I was assured all of my order was there. Now I have food for 1 kid but not the other two. For 28$ They should be able to get it right. I understand accidents happen but not every time

The online kiosk was not working correctly.It seemed like I was a bother to someone to actually take my order.When I got my order it was wrong.I got a cheeseburger with double cheese.Instead of a double cheeseburger.They left my fries out, and the soda machine was not working correctly. The drink was hot and no iceI told the manager on site that I was not happy. He said it if I wasn't happy that I could leave.So I did and I will not go back

Didn't get a receipt, guy taking orders was obviously stoned our of his mind and didn't know what was going on... Was missing half my food...
