While the quality and taste of the food was decent, the quantity in one of my pizza bowls was just sad. Barely a thin layer of toppings in what was supposedly a Philly cheesesteak bowl!
Lost Customer...I usually have good service here. However, today was beyond horrible. Order wasn't ready & staff didnt know until I came to pick it up. The "manager" never said anything to me and when he did he was rude & could care less. His words "Lady, I'm still in high school & really don't give a dam about this place." The rest of the staff was pleasant & helpful. I tried understanding he was having a bad day but he was yet again rude.
Having trouble ordering online and theybwill not help me when I call to order. They told me they would not honor any online specials. Had just talked to a different store and was hoping they could help since they have been open longer. I really like marcos pizza but they want to charge 18.99 a pizza. So if you don't order online they don't want to help or give the customer the online 9.99 price
My daughter ordered and I went to pick up a pizza this morning and as soon as i walked in I was greeted by Gabriel and Derrick and they help me instantly they were both very polite and told me about the survey at the bottom of the ticket to get a free cheezy bread, everyone was very polite, definitely will be coming back
I worked at this Marcos while there was construction still being done and Marcos wasn't officially open in McKinney yet. Tonight my 67 yr old mother and it went in to order some pizza. The service was nothing like I remember how we were supposed to greet customers. While waiting the 20 mins for the food all the guys in there were clowning and I heard F... Word several times. They called one another dumb son of a b..... And mother F...... And I'm not impressed by professional Marcos employees and the filth that I heard and not to mention it smelled like marjane too instead of food.
Edited 1/20/2022 - I will leave my original information below but our last two experiences have really changed our willingness to order from Marcos as too many other options available. Our previous order to today was a mess, it seemed the pizzas were tilted and pizzas were cold. It was busy time for dinner so we left it to a one time incident and heating them up in the oven and re-arranged the pies. However today I ordered for lunch, a simple pizza and side. Ordered at 11:15am, no update on the tracker (says we are prepping your order), delivery estimate at 12:10pm. No worries yet. 1pm, no pizza still nearly two hours after ordering. Called the location twice and no answer, just machine thanking me for my patience for over 10m on first call, and 2nd call was 15m with no answer. Off to my 1pm appointment and will most likely come home to a cold pizza box sitting on my porch at 4pm.Update - Marcos cancelled my order per their Order Tracker. Phone call was received at 1:45pm to note that the store was closed due to manager not able to come in, and they closed the store. Due to illness and short staffed. Apologies as I should not have been able to order online.Shame - as we always have supported Marcos since being here as noted below. Seems to be a trend per neighbors and reviews. Yes will leave feedback at tellmarcos.com when it finally arrives.Great place to get a delivery pizza and service is always spot on. Though I am a super fan of pizza, and Marcos is not the best pizza I have ever had, they are perfect for parties, quick dinner gets, feeding the munchkins etc. I do enjoy their pie however simple and easy. Best of the quick delivery folks. Now if they can only get those extra sauces right... (seem to always miss one or two).
Super slow (late) and not great pizza. Better than dominos, pizza hut, etc., so I guess that's something. ..
Yup so same as the other low scores, you can probably guess why it’s so bad. Cold pizza and looooong waits for your food. Personally I would go frozen rather than to suffer cold delivery.
The manager MIRANDA is the worst!!! She should be fired! She is rude and has no idea what it means to manage a restaurant!! Her customer service is non- existent to customers and to her employees!! A law suit waiting to happen! Never order anything from them again!
Best Marcos pizza around. Love this place.I had other locations refuse my special request for extra toppings but this location gladly accommodated me and i had the best pizza ever. Will only go to this location. Not all locations treat their customers well like this location. Can not say enough about how pleasant this location is.
