The girl working while we were there on Saturday afternoon, was extremely rude and very unhelpful. She acted as if we were annoying her by ordering ice cream in an already completely empty shop. Will never go back, too many other good options close by!

I’m really not a sweets type guy. When I walked in, I thought it reminded me a little of Maggie's ice cream from back in the day when i was a kid. The Manager, was there to greet me. He asked what I liked and told me about this business. He seem to be a really down-to-earth family man. But as he talked, he had me try some of his personal favorites and popular ice creams.Today I had the Rainbow Magic and it was AMAZING. Staff was great, and the place was clean!Their ice creams are phenomenal. I don’t get excited for ice cream, but I got excited for this. They have vegan options and are constantly changing flavors! If you ever have a chance to swing by and try a couple flavors, do so. It’ll be worth your time. Perfect after dinner desert in the plaza!
I love Marble Slab. Today i tried the rainbow magic flavor. It was sooooo good. I am sad its for limited time only.
I visited today and asked for a large (4 Scoops) and requested to put it in two cups so that two persons can eat. Owner refused to give it that way. He asked me to buy two small cups!!!!
Of all the marble slab stores, this one was the worst. I requested a thick milkshake, came out thin. Milkshake tasted like fat free milk. I ended up tossing most of it. Overall experience was that business was geared to mximize profit over quality.
