I came here a few minutes ago and I got the jasmine milk tea with tapioca. I saw something Inside so when I got home I poured it into a cup and 6 ants floated to the top??? It was actually so disgusting. The person who paid got a full refund but it was still so gross. I never really liked the tea here but it was so close so I kept going. Safe to say that I won’t be coming back again.
I love magic cup. It has such a happy and calm environment that I love to be in. I go all the time after-school with my friends, or with my mom when we have a girls day. The drinks are super budget friendly, and not to mention, super delicious. They hire kids from the local high schools so they have experience for future jobs. 10/10.
Me and my daughter decided to stop for some tea . As we ordered the lady taking our order informed me that they would not have any boba ready for another 20 minutes . We decided to ask for some recommendations and was told to sub for lychee instead . My daughter ordered the iced honey green tea with boba originally but subbed per recommendation for the lycee . When we got our drinks she wasn't a fan . I went back and asked if we could change the drink and the employee offered to drain the same drink . I asked if I could pay the difference for a fruit tea instead . I was told that it's against "policy" to take care of the customer and switch out the drink . The window associate then proceeded to take the drink and tell me it's not her fault my daughter doesn't like the drink, and was extremely sarcastic even rolled her eyes a few times . she stated that we would just need to pay for a new drink . I did ask for the manager who said her name was Tam , she repeated that she could only drain the drink after her associate also took the drink back . I was confused as the customer that I would need to basically pay for another $5 drink when they recommended it and we stated we would pay a difference for a new drink . I understand not wanting to be wasteful but why would we Be forced to keep a drink we didn't enjoy that was recommended . And after the straw and drink was open they would still want to swap out and have three people touch . #covid i love boba drinks and happy this one is near the house , but I would rather drive to boba off custer for the friendly service . Not a fan , service wasn't about satisfying a potential life long customer Just to profit $5..

I loved the interior and the staff were really kind and helpful. I had no idea what to get by the staff answered all my questions well! My friend and I got the house milk tea hot and house milk tea with boba. The tea was good and the boba was excellent despite it being near closing time.We went at 930pm and the place was nearly empty with only a few people studying. I plan to come again soon and bring my laptop to study.
This was our first visit and the staff was very helpful. They let us try samples before buying and were very knowledgeable of the menu and explaining flavors. Also, informed us of a discount code available for our order. We bought 3 drinks and all were delicious. Also the prices were great compared to other drink stores in the area. Definitely will be returning.
Today I tried the new one Andes Mint, and I love it!, This have been our favorite place for last few months, and we still have lot's of drinks to try, different milks, combinations!
A friend took me here this weekend. I didn’t know what to expect. I got the strawberry pineapple smoothie. It was so good. Exceeded all expectations. I will be back. Lots of fruit in each smoothie.
Love this place! Really convenient drive through option, friendly staff, great menu and I appreciate that they offer everything with less sweet levels. Fantastic smoothies, the avocado is my absolute favorite. My daughter likes the house milk tea with boba 75% less sweet. The owner put a lot of thought into the decor and environment. So happy to see businesses like this in our neighborhood!
