The worst one in the whole Collin County. Idk if it’s pour management or what but they just can never get it right. I went in there and ordered a pizza and was given a very old pizza. I went right back and the teenager there could have cared less. He didn’t apologize or anything just said do you want to wait on another one. I gave the pizza back and got my money back which the kid couldn’t even count out change. No manager or anything came to assist smhVery disgusting to sake a pizza so cold and old to someone wasting my time and gas smh
My favorite Little Caesars in the world. I commute 40+ min to come here when I'm craving Crazy Bread. I tell anyone who will listen that they make THE. BEST. CRAZY BREAD. that you will EVER eat. Better than that, they're consistent!! Whether I've ordered ahead or drop by, the Crazy Bread is perfectly cooked, juicy, and covered in flavoring every time. *chef's kiss*The staff does their job. The customer service isn't outstanding in any way, but it's a Little Caesars. Who cares??

The cashier today has poor customer service. When I came in she didn't say hi are nothing. She just said I'll be right with you after I said hi. I ordered, then went back out to my car to wait. But then thought. She didn't even try to tell me how long the wait will be. So I gave it 10 or 11 mins as they advertise 5 min hot and ready. I walk in and to the cashier again, I was like did I come back to fast? No answer. After about 2 mins she was like your food will be ready in a min. I said; oh yea! That why I was asking if I came back to soon. Again no response. So I had a very awkward moment walking out. So, once I headed back in for the real pickup. She said have a good day and I was inclined to say absolutely NOTHING!! THATS FOR MAKI G ME FEEL WEIRD
They took 30 minutes for it to be completed on the app, and then I waited about another 30 minutes inside for an online order. Slow and they don't even tell you how long it would take.
Store is very unorganized, and has not properly trained Employees. Manager is not always available, as they could not even provide a refund for soda they ran out of. Online ordered extra cheese, sausage, and mushrooms and they provided no extra, but regular pizza, and basically said sorry it’s the app’s fault. In my opinion this store has fallen apart, don’t go there!!!
Horrible. Mess up pizzas. Move slowly with service. No hot and ready pizzas ever ready. Customers were leaving the restaurant because of terrible service. A lot of orders messed up. This is my 3rd time going there and it gets worse every time..
The pizza was good. Garlic bread was not so good. But i enjoy it overall.
This location never has any pizza ready to go. Not even the “ hot and ready” $5 pizza.l went in tonight to get one pepperoni pizza. There was about 7 people waiting for pizza ahead of me.You’re ignored when you enter the place, the staff clearly hate their jobs and don’t even attempt to pretend they want to be there. I’ll be going to a different location from now on.
This place is always great. The people are fantastic, store is clean. Usually not a long wait time. 10/10 will come again
