Great Ramen. The family ranked it among the best in North Texas. I am more of a Pho lover, but will be making plenty of trips back. The empty bowl tells the story.

Kuma Ramen is a place one must try if your in the McKinney area, and want something off the beat and path. The food was good and I felt it was on the healthier side. In addition, the presentation was spectacular. The food came quickly even though it was pretty packed during my visit. As a special bonus the prices were very reasonable.

Thanks to their ig ad I found this place. I’ve had a lot of ramen since moving to Texas and I have to say this place is the best in North Texas. Authentic onigiri that I haven’t seen on any menu around here. We’ll be back to try your Kuma Burrito.Han the owner takes pride in his restaurant and walked to every table making sure the customers were enjoying their food.

First time here. Nice little new spot..Went too eat with my spouse & her family. Enjoyed it clean environment with decent portions. great for a lunch date with family or friends..great place to introduce ramen beginners to new experience good flavors but nothing too bold or alarming.

Definitely worth visiting. The portions were good and the prices weren't terrible. I wish the broth had a little more flavor but overall not a bad set of ramen. The egg was boiled perfectly and they didn't use bean sprouts as a filler.

Delicious ramen! The thin noodles were cooked perfectly and the veggies were all fresh. The broth was rich and totally hot the spot!

Kuma Ramen is a nice place, but the Ramen is a bit lacking and the prices are a bit high for a what you get. I'd peg their Ramen at about a 5 out of 10, it's standard fare for most of what you'll find stateside. If you've had the authentic experience you won't be reliving it here. The main point I think could be improved is the broth. It's too mellow. This is actually somewhat necessary here due to the quality and freshness of the topping being average. If the broth was too strong you wouldn't get the diverse pick of flavors out of all the toppings. The end result is nothing really has the distinct punch it should and it leaves for a lacking final product.Lastly, they don't have a proper chili paste. The have a chili oil, but it's much more oily than spicy and ends up detracting more than it adds.

This is by far for one of our favorite ramen places in DFW. It’s amazing because it’s so close to where we live.

Chasu Don was great! A bit small but they did list it as an appetizer. Too hungry to take a picture it ? Their ramen also quite flavorful. Well come back again!

Came here for the first time today for lunch. We had the salmon roll sushi and Takoyaki balls for appetizers. Super good! Wanted pork buns but didn't see those on the menu. Both ordered Tonkatsu ramen bowls. One with extra chashu, egg and nori. It was pretty good. Not the best broth I've ever had, but definitely hit the spot on a cold day.
