I found the pharmacy staff, and really the staff throughout this store, to be very friendly and helpful. Although this store is farther away than another Kroger in town, I go to this one because it's much better.
We just moved our prescriptions over to Kroger and couldn't be happier! The transition was seamless. Everything has been ready on time with zero issues. The customer service has been amazing also. Olivia was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Answering all question with an upbeat attitude! Keep up the great work ! Highly recommend Kroger !
Do not waste your time. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over a year now & the drive thru is ALWAYS closed. They claim they’re short staffed but it appears they have plenty of workers.I’m switching back to Walgreens.
I ordered a floral arrangement online for my wife a week before valentines day. A dozen roses with lilies and other stuff mixed in. Kroger leaves me a voicemail the morning of valentines to tell me they don't have it and cancelled my order. I try to call them and the floral department would not answer even after the manager said she was personally going to get them on the line. I eventually just had to hang up. Now I'll be left trying to find something out of the picked over, overpriced garbage when I get off of work.

I love this pharmacy! They actually know me by name. They are so personable! Such a great place to have my meds refilled. They make the experience bearable.
I love this pharmacy ❤️ everyone there is so nice and caring . They know their patients by name and I have never had a problem with anyone there I recommend this pharmacy to everyone i love each one of them the pharmacist to the tecks
the work is very bad. I need medicine today. why should I wait more than 100 hours. there is only a maximum of 7 miles between my drug form and the pharmacy ????

Was using kroger pharmacy at 380 and university, but have switched to this pharmacy, also use this kroger over the 380 and university for all of my shopping. Worth the extra drive
