Amazing from start to finish! Not only is the sushi fantastic and expertly prepared, but the service is out of this world. The Friday night team handled the dinner rush so well. It was great to see their teamwork. We will definitely be back!
A truly satisfying, authentic and unique experience here at this sushi place, everything was amazing!I got the Unagi Bento Box, which had eel, deep fried melon, sweet potato, onion ring, a dumpling, one full California roll, and eel over rice with a seaweed salad and it was super filling. The sushi was flavorful, the eel was very rich, but not overpowering, the eel sauce on top was sweet with a true umami flavor, the meal came with a house salad with a very sweet dressing tasting similar to a mango sauce, it also came with miso soup which was very smooth. The quality of service was amazing, the waitress was very caring, respectful and helpful, the sushi master came up to us and asked us how the meal was and we thanked him a lot.All in all everything was amazing, satisfying and it brings true meaning to quality japanese food, it is about $20/person so a bit up there in price, but I promise you, it's very, very worth it.
I’ve been going to Koji for years now and I absolutely love it. The food is amazing and service is usually great too (every restaurant has their off nights). My favorite menu items are the Heart Attack (stuffed, fried jalapeño sushi) and Salmon Heaven. Sooooo good!
First time visit and tried the spicy crunch, heart attack, California roll and bento box. Excellent and highly recommend this place. We came on a Friday night and it was a bit packed so we got to sit in front of the bar and see the SuChi chef's in action. This is our new favorite SuChi place!
The server was kind and guided me through what to order. The food is good and the serving sizes are enough to get a to go box; you get full quickly!
Food was fine but service was not great and seating was cramped.Seemed to be understaffed (like many places, to be fair). Came when it was fairly busy and was seated, but the waiter forgot about us and we had to flag another waiter down. There was about two inches of space between our small table and the one next to us and only inches on the other side between our table and someone's chair at another table. Since this was a main pathway this meant people would turn and their butts would slide across our table. Super close quarters given COVID and just hygiene in general. Nigiri quality was not great.
Great sushi, great service, nice cozy ambient. We had the Monkey heads, the avocado bombs for appetizers and tried the French Kiss Roll and the Albacore special. Deliciously enjoyed every dish.
The last time I came here it was 15 minutes before they were going to close so I didn't get to buy anything. Today I finally came by and got two rolls one being salmon and the other yellowtail. They were really delicious and I had eel sauce with it. They gave me a complimentary roll and even though I do not like or partake in imitation crab this was a really delicious piece. It was covered in some sort of sauce very savory, it may have been peanut sauce with a little bit of soy sauce. Not too sure. The salad was a little too salty for my taste but it was nice on the side. I think that one was a ginger sauce. The ambiance was really nice and had a nice home feel to it. Everything is really fresh and cut to order. It is a little on the pricey side, but that is what you would expect for quality sushi. My order total came out to be a little over $16.
Great experience and really enjoyed the “Love” roll and the “Yummy Yummy”. Very clean and wait staff was great. The Salmon sushi with ponzu was perfect.I would come here again and my son and I really enjoyed the experience.
Highly recommend!! This place exceeded all expectations! The service was great! The food was delicious! I look forward to visiting this restaurant again!!!
