the food is great & on point
The birria tacos are good as far as instapot birria goes. The asada tacos were good - though they definitely didn't look like asada (all the seasoning made them taste more like al pastor).
First time to stop here fortunately I was late and didn't get to try what I wanted but what I got was excellent especially the tacos.
This place is an awesome gem! I highly recommend this place!!!! The carne asada is more of a ground beef but regardless this place is delicious and full of flavor! A must stop if you are in the area
The best el pastor tacos I’ve had yet!! Meat had a great marinade flavor, the lime juice green sauce the squirt on the tacos ties it all together. Nice even acidity and saltiness. Elote was topped with Valentino (optional) love how it was layered super delicious! Definitely recommend this place.

I’ve attempted to support this business 4 times now. They have either been closed (when the hours say they should be open) or don’t have the full menu as advertised (out of either consume or don’t have birria all together. Don’t waste your time or gas money!
The birria tacos are really good and tasty, the carne asada tacos are great, the chicken bacon ranch is great, the nachos are great and so are the fries. The staff is really friendly and nice as well. Really good food place overall.
This food truck is absolutely amazing. The birria tacos are LIFE-CHANGING. I think I would die happy if these were my last meal on this earth. God bless this establishment, it is heavenly!Can’t wait to go back.. I just recommended y’all to the guys at McKinney DPS today :)
One of the best food truck experience in McKinney. It's located in a gas station. The food is lip smacking good. The prices were reasonable. If you have an appetite order multiple tacos and other things. Service is quick.
