This KFC is not the norm. I ordered a 20 piece chicken and it was severely undercooked. The fried chicken wasn't fried. It wasn't golden brown but looked gray. The batter fell off the chicken when you picked it up. It was as if the fryer was on low. I took it back and they gave me a replacement...I threw it away upon coming home.This KFC didn't taste like KFC and I will never go there again.Eat at this KFC, at Eldorado in Mckinney, at your own risk!!!
On 02/19/22 The workers here was so nasty. One worker took our order and did not tell us that there was no chicken and it would be a 25 min wait. And the other worker went to fix our order and begins to sneeze and wipe his nose with his hands and than he wipe them His clothes. When i saw this I kept asking him to stop. By that time he grab the uncovered smash potatoes with his nasty hands. I ask them for a refund and he said ok but went back and started doing someone’s else’s order. All the while the manager never told him to go wash his hands
I got 16 piece chicken bucket and asked for hot sauce. He gave me taco bell hot sauce. Taco bell hot sauce is good with tacos not fried chicken. Can’t enjoy my $30 bucks food. Never had fried chicken leftover.
Ordered ahead of time. They were very fast and came right up to the car. The food was good.
I ordered an 8 piece bucket. What they gave us was a half bucket of broken little chicken pieces barely bigger than my thumb. I returned it and they replaced it with chicken that was very old and greasy. I am not happy at all with my expierence at this location and will not come here anymore. I feel that i have wasted my money.
The chicken is greasy, bland and appears to have been refried as a piece of the chicken is burnt & looks like charcoal! No flavor whatsoever. Worst experience I’ve had at this location. Tried calling the store several times, but no one answered.
The tenders are so expensive for a little bite. Only ordered one because I'm not paying almost 5 bucks for 2 tenders.They didn't include a spoon in my meal. Thankfully i had my own plastic ware in the car for times like that.
Ordered the Nashville hot at the drive thru. You people should be ashamed to charge $ 8.00 for that.Three of the smallest strips of chicken I have ever seen along with three pickles. Plus they were not hot, with temperature or spicy. Strips
May I PLEASE ask you why you consistently close way before your posted hours of operation? It’s happened to me several times and I never complain about it publicly. This is ridiculous and I am sure it will fall on deaf ears but it will be delightful if anyone heard it. Thanks!
No hand soap in the bathroom. Toilet will not flush. Hand dryer is broken. Only hot water comes from the faucet
