This is the second and last time we will order from this location.We ordered a over priced 3 and 4 piece tender combo via Uber Eats. After receiving our food there was lent or pieces of clothing attached to the strips. For the increased price of a meal I'd prefer not to have a sweater attached to my food. Disgusting.
food wasn't hit and chicken was dried out and hard ..I didn't even gdt my sides either ..im fuming mad but I live to far to go back ..I won't be back
My husband and I went to this KFC yesterday evening around 3. We order a chicken sandwich and a 2pc combo. We were on our way out of town. We start to open the box to eat the two piece and there were long black hairs on the chicken. I tried calling several times and just got a busy signal. This is absolutely disgusting. And the young lady in the drive through didn't even great my husband when he ask how she was doing. I am a customer service manager I would never let my employees get away with this.
It seems that management allows employees to yell at customers. I asked about an order and Alex started attacking and abusing me verbally on just a polite request. Never going back to that KFC.
KFC has really gone downhill over the years. I went through the drive-through the other day and got the three piece original recipe meal with drink. The mashed potatoes tasted just like the kind that come with Swanson frozen dinners and they gave me one leg and two thighs for the chicken. Not impressed at all.
Good location. Tried the new beyond wings.. minus the breading they're pretty awful. But the rest of the meal made up for it
They went up on their prices and the chicken pieces have gotten smaller go to golden chic
this is what 15.00 gets you, a 4 piece with dry cold chicken, and 2 pieces roughly the size of a clothespin never eating here again. and the staff was extremely rude
Worst service ever. I lost money thanks to your poor service, you can’t even get a simple order correct?! I was the only person in line. Never again.
Went through the drive thru & experienced very rude customer service, didn’t even get to finish before the lady taking my order interrupted me to give me my total. I asked her if she got the last thing I asked for, & sure enough she didn’t. Then, I asked for a straw at the window & she just waved me away. To top it all off, after getting my food at the window I didn’t even get a receipt.
