I had the good fortune to stop at this Jimmy John's in McKinney. The service was great, the sandwich was great and the employees were great. I spoke with Kelsey and told her their number 7 sandwich had made me a convert from one of their competitors. I would choose them over Jersey Mikes, Subway, or Firehouse in a second. Thanks, folks.

Love JJ's, wish there was one closer to me, but I stop by every time I drive by. I love the Vito which is an Italian style sub sandwich and I add hot peppers, yum! Always friendly and fast service!

Love their sandwiches! Ordering is usually prompt which I appreciate. Huge pet peeve though: Most people, not all, act extremely bothered if you want a bag and napkins up to even pointing me to them. Oh I'm sorry, am I being a burden to you? Even specifying bag and napkins while ordering doesn't help.
Waited for my order for some time not because my sandwich wasn’t ready but because they couldn’t get the pickle bucket open which is fine I was patient understanding, but to get a rotten pickle after that? Not so understanding. I haven’t had jimmy johns in a while I remembered the crunchy pickle… not the case soggy, sour (not in a pleasant nor intended way) & mostly disappointing.
Horrible service, placed an order right at 11 when the store opened. By 11:40 I made a call to inquire, they stated they were backed up, (how when you literally just opened), and they told me he was out for delivery and I should expect any minute. Still wasn’t here by 12:15, so I called back and she stated the driver didn’t know he was supposed take my order, but if I didn’t get it within 30 mins to another group to call back. Told her cancel my order because who want soggy sandwiches!! And when i was requesting proof of refund, called dropped ?. They didn’t even offer any other solutions or incentives..
Writing a review because this location has an issue with delivering food to the right house.Then the lady on the phone had the audacity to laugh at my question as to why this keeps happening?So unprofessional, nobody wants to order food to be delivered to their neighbors house
It's ok. Not quite as nice as other locations. Food was good. Employees seemed nice. Parking was not very good, very congested area though.
