The curbside pick-up that they advertise on their website is a lie. If you place an order for curbside pickup, there’s no place to park for it, there’s no way to tell them you’re there, and if you go in you’ll just have to wait in line until they can even help you, which is exactly the same as going inside to wait in line to order. If that’s the only option you have, fine, but don’t advertise something different.
Best Jersey Mikes I have every been too. I've tried over locations in the past and they always seem to find a way to let me down. Because my expectations have been set so high due to the amazing staff at this store.They will always have my loyalty even if I have to drop an extra 15 minutes to get there then the one near my house!Thanks you guys!!!
I sure miss my Philadelphia and New Jersey Hoagies. Jersey Mike's usually satisfies, but recently most orders we pick up or have delivered are way to "Mikes Way" even when we can request it not be. I would suggest as well to enable comments for orders on Uber Eats as well as you cannot say "easy on the Mike's Way!". Our las two orders the bread was literally falling apart due to the oils.
Pretty good sandwiches, I like watching my own meats getting sliced and I'd definitely choose Jersey Mike's over Subway anyday if only it were in my area#ComeToNorthTexas #Texoma
The older lady with the pony tail out the back of her hat is so rude and has no care for her customers she rushes to make the Sadie h it’s always sloppy and he has no concern for cleanliness constantly making sandwiches on top of the mess she made from the sandwich before she needs to learn to slow down and correctly make the sandwich only JM I’ve ever been to with and employee like that. Like you will see she could not even get the meat on the sandwich properly.
Would have been 5 stars if the app had the entire menu on it . I can never order a roast beef on the app . I have to come in in person and order and I’m an app person .
Jakob was the most helpful employee there. He was extremely nice and had the best attitude. Will definitely be coming back.
Love Jersey Mike’s, been to many and this is the worst location by far. Been here 4 times over the last year and every time staff is not friendly and food quality doesn’t seem as fresh as other locations. Seems to be a management issue. I won’t be back.
We walked in and waited for them to get to us. A guy obviously known to one of the workers was greeted warmly and the guy who knew him asked him what he wanted and started working on his sandwich. When I made a comment nobody apologized or addressed the matter. We are currently sitting at 54th Street about to eat some great food. This Veteran will not be going back.
Been to this location several times for lunch and always great service. I got off late and stopped by to get the family dinner. The girl told me I had to wait for another employee to get out of the bathroom so I waited. They made my sandwiches and I paid. The guy that took my order was helping other customers. The girl left and started stocking the lobby. I had to ask her if she would be wrapping my sandwiches. She then wrapped them. Threw my chips in the bag. I told her thank you and just walks out. I guess the napkins keep the doors open. Next time I will visit another location.
