I love Jason's deli I have been going here for years. I have had my first bad experience unfortunately I was disgusted. At the salad bar while I was serving myself I noticed roaches coming out of the salad bar. I notified a employee and she just laughed and said ok. We notified a trainee and she said she was going to relay the message to a manager. I just wanted to alert them before any other customer complained but there was no action taken. Next time I hope they can take action to correct it, so it doesnt happen to anyone else.
Great food, Great price, good customer service. The only thing I will suggest that is the kitchen cooking smoke is getting in to eating area now, hopefully will improve that but I love their food ?
This is a great sandwich shop. The staff is great the food is good. I come here often for work lunches and really like this location.

WILL NEVER COME BACK! The cashier is veryy rude. She acted like we were bothering her for being there. Why do you work there if your not happy.. need to hire better employees that provide better service!
Used to love it for the awesome all you can eat salad bar. It's no longer a thing....because of COVID? Still have to serve yourself at the bar, so what are we preventing by getting rid of it? My kids also used to be able to get a side salad with their meal...also no longer available. Excuse them for wanting to be healthy.
First time in a while they got everything in the order right. Looks like they went back to their regular menu too. And very good food. A little pricey but worth it.
It was very crowded when my family of 6 came for lunch. The manager (Lance we believe) was very courteous and helped clear a couple tables and brought out some extra chairs for us. The food was fresh and delicious.
Excellent food. French dip toast beef and broccoli cheese soup best I've ever had.
Food is consistent, ordering is speedy, dining room is generally not tidy with several tables needing to be cleared but today there was a lovely lady walking around and taking plates as patrons were done eating. Salad bar is open and gloves are offered to handle tongs. It’s a bit difficult to take advantage of the free desserts, condiments and muffins without bowls or small plates available near the bar. Customers either have to go ask the servers for a plate/paper bowl or some were seen reusing plates.
