I dig it. Not my preferred Jack in the Box, but this one's fine. Lobby soda machine wasn't working, but I don't count that against anyone. Those break down time to time and this time I happened to be there. Hopefully that's fixed by now. I don't drive through that intersection very often, but next time I do and I'm hungry, I'll probably stop in.
This particular JITB was way understaffed! I don't know if they just had a lot of people call in sick, or if they were just working a skeleton crew. The cashier was working both the dine in counter and the drive thru window! Not sure how many people were in the kitchen but I don't think it was enough! It was appalling! I gave them two stars because it was obvious that they were working hard to fill orders. Also, the soda fountain was very low on drinks (not sure if that was the result of being short staffed). I would not recommend this JITB until the staffing issues have been resolved.
This is the filthiest place I’ve ever been in, the floors, counter top, soda machine, everything was filthy!!! Don’t EVEN GO IN THE BATHROOM!!! Old toilet paper rolls look like the been there for months on the floor!!! If that wasn’t enough, no lids for large drinks, no ice coming out of the drink machine, ask the lady behind the counter for some ice and you talk about rude as hell! Stay away from this place.
Worst service ever. Don’t have any large cups takes 20 minutes to give me three breakfast sandwiches. I thought this was fast food this is the exact opposite.
Drive thru Closed at 11pm. Yelled through the speaker at us that it was closed rather than just talking like normal not sure who had a bad day but man. Always had issues here hadn’t been in awhile won’t ever be back now.
Jack in the Box in McKinney hands down has provided the best customer service the multiple times that I have been there. There are two men that work night there that are usually by themselves and they manage to do it all curbside orders, drive-thru, fixing the orders and serving the orders. They also managed to do it all with a smile on their face, again I say excellent customer service.
Requested no sauce 2Xs and they put sauce on sandwich, didn't give me my fries and then tried to tell me I didn't order a combo even though I had the receipt showing I paid for a combo. Slow, rude, nasty, no customer service, idiots!!
Food was not hot fries grease burger cold. I ask for a plain burger and they put bacon on it and I call the place and they wouldn't answer the phone I call unlimited times and got only the answering machine. Dont go there to eat.
Seriously understaffed or unorganized. This should be fast food but it is very slow and in more than one occasion. You seriously need to address your process of getting food out or run the risk of shutting down.
We typically love JitB, but we swung by this location at 8:20 in the evening and the lobby was closed. All the lights are on and there's a large sign in the window stating "Dining Room Now Open!" under the illuminated Open sign. I understand being short-staffed, but then take the sign off the window, or turn off some dining area lights, or put up a note that says the dining room is temporarily closed.
