Man, most nights there's a massive line. Now, to most, that's a deterrent. Let me say this: if you see a line at night, don't drive away. These guys ROCK when it comes to taking care of folks. The line moves quick, and accuracy is not overlooked. I've never received an incorrect order and I've been going to this location for years. Keep it up!
Very long wait. People behind us got their food first. Then when my number was called the cashier twice told me it wasn't mine with my receipt in my hand. Then I told him and showed him it was my order. The worst part is don't charge me for a taco with very tiny bit of anything except lettuce. Horrible!!!!! A taco shell with mainly lettuce. I could have done that myself. Needless to say what a waste. I threw it away. Thanks Jack In The Box for nothing.
Third shifter here. Being on third shift, I only have a couple of places to eat if I want to go get something during my shift. This Jack in the Box used to be one of those places. I had long ago talked to a guy at this location who I think was the manager, and he told me that the computer system goes down every day at 4AM to download updates or upload information or whatever. During this time, they can't serve food because they can't ring anyone up. I kept in mind because around 4AM is when I go to lunch, so I adjusted my schedule some to be there half an hour before or after.Fast forward to a couple of months ago. Remembering that the system went down at 4AM, I went to grab some food at 5AM. But the system was down according to the drive thru employee.I attempted to go again a couple of weeks later at about 3:15ish AM and again, the system was down.Just a couple of weeks ago, I went at 2AM on a Friday night and guess what? The system was down again.
It was okay. The employee at 5-5:30am really need to wake up before their shift. People got to work too. That early who has time to make breakfast that is why people rely on fast food.
The staff working at this location tonight was awesome. Got a personal order out quickly while we waited for a delivery order to be ready. All the food was correct, hot, fresh, and had good portions. Curly fries and regular fries were delicious with the perfect amount of salt. Burgers were juicy and their tacos are always great for being so cheap. We’ll be back for sure.
I can’t fill out a complaint in DoorDash of my missing items in such. I really spend a total of $ for me to only get a cold burger and a soda.Where are my missing items? I dint knew that tacos now came in a churros form. And I can’t fill out a complaint in DoorDash app because it’s acting dumb, I also have a screen record of how I can’t proceed it.
I had a great experience. Fantastic young men at the window. Kind, hospitable staff are so important. Five stars.
We love the jumbo egg rolls.Also the tacos are sometimes what we want. I go through the drive through most times because the tables are always dirty and unkept. But today we went in again and the tables were ?. Covered it with napkins so we could eat inside. If the tables were invitingly clean a 4 star was likely. So it’s the drive thur again. JIB at this location has the ability to correct the problem without making it a “governmental “ affair. Thank you for your reply.
Food was good, friendly service. Food came out a little slow but I'm ok with that, it was the only fastfood restaurant in the neighborhood with an open dining room. Thanks guys
No dr pepper during my visit. Staff was very friendly and apologetic about this. Sandwich and fries were good.
