My husband and I found this place several years ago and they do not disappoint. For a while he got delivery every Friday and enjoyed it. Their lunch menu is filling and satisfying. I tried the Szechuan Shrimp with Chili Sauce yesterday and it was the best I'd ever had. Highly recommend these good people
I visited this restaurant due to its ratings of 4.1 Stars one of the best rated in the Allen-Mckinney-Frisco Area. After reading some reviews I decided to give it a try. The restaurant seems to be cleaner and much cleaner than most Chinese restaurants I visited. I asked for Hot & Sour soup (Good & Tasty), Jalapeño Chicken Extra Spicy with Fried Rice (It was not Spicy at all, in fact I tasted sweet, The fried rice was dry and no presence of egg, Meat was bland, The sauce was salty, the worst I had so far), We also asked for Pork with garlic Sauce spicy (again it was sweet, meat was bland). all in all this restaurant was pricey and the quality was not there. I would not recommend this place. No incentive to take pictures.
Pricing is average. The food was also average. I ordered the sizzling seafood delight. I found it to be just ok. The broccoli was very well cooked, but the mushrooms were clearly defrosted in a microwave oven. The taste and texture gave that away. The mini corn probably came out of a can...the taste gave that away. The shrimp was waiting well cooked and had a good taste, but the scallops were not well cooked and tasted like they had been frozen a while.The decor could do with an upgrade but its ok. The staff is authentic Chinese, and well mannered. Not extremely cordial but very profesional. I personally think they rushed too much to cook the food fast at the expense of flavor and taste. The soup was also good.
Just called to order a duck, the receptionist said she is from HK, she is very impatient, pride and rude. Very bad experience. We have to cancel the order because really felt very uncomfortable to talk with the receptionist. We do not want this bad service destroy our New Year Celebration.They did not do a good job on first day of New Year, how come they can expect to have a good business in 2022?!
The decor inside is like a time machine and not in a good way. The walls are stained and gross. The vegetables on my dish seemed like they may have been frozen and microwaved. The chicken and batter was decent and the fried rice is good, but I won’t be returning. Too many items on the menu and microwaving food. Seems way overpriced for what it is. At least the main dish tastes and smells good. Not a bad restaurant but not great.
After trying a few Chinese restaurants in and around McKinney, this is now my “spot”. Food is always hot and hosts are friendly. Absolutely love the fried rice. No complaints thus far. Everything we’ve tried tasted great!
Ordered clearly Hunan chicken, gave hunan beef. Worst customer service, charged extra $ to remake the order. The food is OK, there are other better Chinese restaurants around
Best Chinese restaurant I have been to so far! Good portion sizes and great tasting food. Have been coming for the past 10+ years and will continue doing so.
