Wow, man...Truly wanted to support Kenneth and taste his bbq...Drove out to Princeton today, Friday 13, 2022 and arrived around 11:20 am. Not open, no signage saying they were closed, delayed or whatever. Hutchins got my business this time.Not a deal killer for the future, but danged disappointed as the website shows them open today. 10/10 recommend ordered a couple sandwiches and some poppers and some ribs . Haven’t had the sandwiches or ribs yet but had poppers and can say this place is so dang good!!! We will be back and bringing family too nice people too!!!
We had Hickory Heat catered for 30 people at our house yesterday and we couldn’t be more pleased with the set up and absolutely delicious everything! We had turkey, brisket, beans, potato salad and Cole slaw. His home made BBQ sauce is awesome as well! Highly recommend!
Great BBQ and excellent service. Had the brisket, ribs and stuffed jalapeños. Even got some samples of the turkey and pulled pork. All tender and great flavor. Great service all around.
