Waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes today JUST to order drinks. Ridiculous. Came here a few days ago to find only ONE employee working. Wth are you all doing? You have a high school across the street from you which makes you busy. Hire more workers. And fix your drive thru so we can actually order at the menu, not the window.
I love this place. The boba is always sooo great. But I went today and went through the drive thru which is great but the lady inside waved at me and was mouthing to me that it was closed. So we parked and went inside because it was afternoon and knew they werent closed. The same lady did not seem like she wanted to be there and was annoyed that me and my 2 kids were there. She messed up our order and in this amount of time, the other worker starts taking an order through the drive thru. I was extremely irritated at this point and asked the lady if the drive thru was really broken and she mumbled something. I was completely over her. Next time I go there and she's there, I'm going to turn around and leave. You guys have someone trying to shoo off your customers.
I’ve been here several times and every time I come I’m waiting in the drive-through for a good 10 minutes for my drinks. Today, I was trying to grab a couple drinks before picking up my daughter from school and there was only one person in front of me. I waited behind them for 15 minutes before I had to reverse and get out of line because I was going to be late. I understand it can take between 5-7 minutes per vehicle but it should not take 10-15 minutes for one car.
First time, tea was on point but the honey dipped boba is something that should be optional. The honey taste overpowers the taste of the tea flavor. Plus it makes the tea very very sweet for people watching calories.Second visit, they literally filled my cup with Taro syrup and now it was sweet syrup + honey. I think ill skip going to this location.
Incredibly horrible experience. I would give it zero stars if I could.Originally, I had given Hello Boba a try when it first opened, and I got the tiger milk tea. It was horribly sugary. I get that it’s brown sugar milk tea, but the overwhelming sugary taste was nauseating. I love tiger milk teas from other places, but I suggests never ordering it unless you want to seventy six cavities and aching teeth. It’s hard to believe this is a best seller, unless their demographic is five year old kids with sugar addictions.However, I gave this place another try, maybe thinking I got incredibly unlucky with my drink choice. This time around I ordered the Vietnamese coffee. It looked like cold brew. There was no condensed milk inside, and it did not have the opaque color of traditional Vietnamese coffees. On top of that, when I went inside to tell them they forgot the condensed milk, they said they did put it in. However, it was pitch black and didn’t have the subtle sweetness as real Vietnamese coffee. You would be better off getting instant Vietnamese coffee from 99 ranch or your own coffee grounds and condensed milk (so you can actually have condensed milk) I have now seen other reviews that have the same complaint, but they receive replies from the owner denying their complaints. Many reviews from the owners feel like they are deflecting fault and refuse to believe their business or their employees can make mistakes.Also there was a 30 minute wait for a two car long line drive thru. The car in front of me had only a couple of drinks, while I also only had one. The wait was not worth it. You would be better off going to any other boba place. This place is not worth the convenience of being nearby: take the extra ten minutes to go somewhere else unless you want to waste money on un-drinkable boba. I look forward to never coming here again.UPDATE: In the owners response, they are lying. I did not taste my drink in the store, let alone did I say it tasted good. I had asked for a refund, and that second drink i “ordered” was the store making me another drink because I didn’t want my vietnamese coffee at all. Sad to see the owner try to bend the story to save face. Extremely disappointed.
Great and fast service but boba tea tastes like powder and tons of sugar.
Got a thai tea today with light ice and all It tasted like was water. I have been here multiple times and I usually like their drinks but today was the complete opposite. I called the store back to tell me and all they said was it’s been like that the whole day. Paid almost $6 for just water and the staff didn’t even try to make it up. Very disappointed.
I was a regular here since they opened and my wife and I never had an issue. We even moved far from the location and still made the drive because we enjoyed it here, Up until 2 weeks ago we got 2 drinks but the plastic seal wasnt fully sealed onto the cups somehow and the drinks spilled all over my car. I called the store that same day and spoke to a gentleman, he guaranteed he would remake the drinks whenever I was in the area again as long as I bring in my receipt and apologized for the inconvenience. My wife and I Came back yesterday only to be ridiculed and harassed by the young man at the counter and the girls making the drinks. My wife and I were letting the young man at the counter know about the situation when he immediately became aggravated and defensive and began to verbally attacks us. He even made a bigger scene by grouping the girls and asking them if they received a call today in a very asinide and sarcastic matter, although we specifically told him we placed a call 2 weeks ago. He proceeded to cause a scene and just belittle us about the situation and how he was entirely right about the situation as he ripped the receipt out of my wife’s hands. This was humiliating and ridiculous to deal with, it’s a shame to deal with this considering we never had and were very loyal customers. We did not know this is what the owner stood for or what Hello Boba considered customer satisfaction. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed with the ways things were handled here. Hopefully they come into some better people with real customer service.

My wifes new favorite place! we go there ofter and the taste is always great and consistent. Recommended!
