I love this place… this is where I go on date nights with my kiddos. This past time (June 30, 2022) Lele (awesome 4th of July nails) was amazing!!! She made my girls and I feel so welcome and helped us make the order seamless as I like to separate when we get our items. She was basically our personal waitress it seemed like. Best experience of the ~20-30 times we’ve been here. Great job! I’ve let gift cards/certificates go bad but still make it back.
This is one of our kids favorite places. We discovered it when they had to be gluten free for a year and it earned our love permanently.The ingredients are quality. The meat and bread are fresh. The chicken and fries are seasoned. They have fried pickles! Their shakes are amazing ?.If you have any kind of restricted diet, fear not. There are many options for you. The outdoor eating area is great and we usually sit out there so our kids can play. Even in Summer it's shaded and cool. In fact the AC inside is too cold for me and I prefer the outside.
We’ve been eating at this location since they opened. We enjoy the food, but it’s the outstanding customer service that keeps us coming back. Lele, the manager, has made us feel like family since the day we set foot in the restaurant several years ago. She always greets us with a beautiful smile and a hug. Lele’s kindness and warm hospitality is what sets this restaurant apart from any competitor. She is a ray of sunshine and we always look forward to seeing her!
I want to give 5 stars but for how many times I have gone and paid for things but never received, gave 4 stars. Tasted great and do have to agree that the price is a tad high but you do get good quality food but you should get ALL the food you paid for. First time going for breakfast and never got my breakfast platter (which seems hard to forget?). I will be checking my bag before leaving, can’t make trips back for missing food with a baby and toddler in the car.
Great combination of reasonably priced good food with a clean, family friendly atmosphere and really enthusiastic employees. That's been my experience after five or so visits. Today's visit included especially upbeat service from Ky, who welcomed us enthusiastically and caused me to say to my wife, "When we have visitors from out of state, I want to bring them here; she is everything that's great about Texas hospitality." Finally, don't leave without trying their tater tots...crispy and light, the best I've ever had.
Terrible experience tonight. Sweet girl working the register but got my order wrong. I told her immediately, no big deal. Go outside to table and waited way over an hour on the food. Walk in to check on it and lots of others have been waiting an hour to an hour and a half for their order as well. We were told that the drive through is their priority. Outside of the drive being priority, orders were being made out of order. Some people waiting only about 20 minutes while others waiting over an hour. Also, the manager finally came over ask the name on about 3 people’s order and walked off and never came back to speak with anyone. Once order was received two of the kids burgers were made incorrectly and we were missing the other sandwich. On a positive note Ky, employee, was so calm and had excellent customer service skills. The manager told her to deal with everyone. Ky should have been running the place not the current manager. Will not be back anytime soon.
The place was fun for dine in. We haven’t been inside since the pandemic. We ordered through a delivery company (that was on time), food wasn’t good. Hope it’s not the norm. The salt seasoning was out of control. Everything was cold. We’ve had a good time pre pandemic because our kids could play. Food was much better, I know everyone is struggling. Ordering a basic burger….. McDonalds is more reliable.
