Horrible service. Cashier very unfriendly. Mediocre food. Server forgot our Beer. It is a beer bar!!!! 6 pm on a Friday. Not busy at all. No excuse for poor service.
We came in for the first time on Friday. Grace was very sweet and our food was so good. Beer cheese dip is wonderful. So good we came back Saturday for the hummus and another sub. All of it was great. We even ate 2 big bowls of popcorn. Susan was so nice and we really like it there. We will be regulars for sure. We don't drink beer, but the iced tea is very good and refreshing.
This place is super cool. Such cool local chill Texas friendly atmosphere. Stumbled in to an open jam session that happens every month apparently. So cool. Definitely check this place out. Good beer selection too of course.

Open mic night every Tuesday night starting at 7pm at the McKinney Guitars and Growlers location. Here are a few photos of the talent on stage last night.I need to also say that their food is very, very good and I have tried several of the locally crafted beers on tap and still have many more to taste before a favorite is chosen.

Huge beer selection. Really good prices on the food. Lots of good sandwiches to choose from. I'm already planning my next trip.
Super fun place! Good music, good food, good drinks! Popcorn is $2 for all you can eat, but the Mr. Timmons Chicken Sandwich and ZZ Top Pork Carnitas Quesadillas are great, too. Lots of games and weekly events if you need a date night idea.
This place is wonderful. But what makes the 5 stars, is the people. They let my daughter get up on stage and sing Itsy Bitsy Spider and bang on the drums with hot mics, a sound engineer, and even a volunteer guitar accompaniment. I may have a budding rock star on my hands, but this place will be her Whiskey A Go Go.
