Very yummy and interesting because it's the first Mongolian BBQ place I've been to where you can get not only Asian food, but also Mexican or Italian! It's the same as normal you pick you toppings and sides and they cook em up they just had a very wide variety of of choices of ingredients.
Ordered online. Received 1/3 of the meal requested. No add ons no vegetables. And the rice wasn’t completely fried. Waste of money and time.
So glad for the new Manager/Chef, he's a real nice guy and even better cook. He made me extremely comfortable enough to want to come back having the previous mgr made a huge mistake and gave me the wrong take out order with shellfish which I'm highly allergic to.
Food was delicious. I ate every bite. Cook did an excellent job this time not drying out the meats or cooking off the sauces. However, I don't like getting extra charges slipped into my bill, regardless of amount, when they did not disclose said charges when the items were offered. Said items used to be free, by the way. Why would we think otherwise? We only knew it was coming when we were wrapping up our meal and another server disclosed the extra charges to the party next to us.
We ate at the McKinney location tonight and the staff was great (especially the young lady on the grill). She was so helpful to our handicapped friend and offered to help him fill his bowl while she was restocking the food bar. Kuddos to you young lady. You made his experience a great one. Our food was great and we love the options available.
Michael took my order, Carson cooked my bowl. Perfection! Last time I came in I was disappointed so I am ecstatic to see the huge turn around with the atmosphere and cleanliness :D I will be back soon!
The food and its quality are not what they used to be. Also, the prices are up and the quantity is less. I can't place my finger on whether it's the lack of quality in the ingredients or is it the flavoring or cooking the makes it taste nothing like it used to be.
I really like the food here. The prices seem high to me though. $20 for a large bowl for 1 person...and it is not like it is full of meat. I do like the fresh factor though....
Company was excellent, servers were very nice and knowledgeable. Food was lacking texture and mushy!
Love this place. They do a great job compensating for my food allergies and I've always had great service. Me and my family are regulars here.
