Awesome customer service
I have been loyal patron of this establishment for 10 years. Twice in one month I ordered 20 tacos for my work team and they refused to take my payment because my mag strip was messed up on my credit card. Also there is no chip reader at this location. The chip on my card worked fine but since they didn't have a chip reader at this location I "couldn't use my card here". My card was older I get it but it is very easy to type in the card number and run it. It takes less than a minute. I used the same card at every other business establishment for months before this with no issue. This was my only form of payment at the time and I had already used the same card there and another member of fuzzy staff had no problem typing in the card number. I emailed the manager explaining the situation and no one every respond to me. I guess they don't care about the business but I will never be returning to this location again.
Love this place. We are here often for tacos, and refreshments. Staff is top notch from Erin in the front, Clara in the kitchen and management. We highly recommend this place for meeting family friends or by yourself. If not happy with anything let them know and they will fix it.
Always a great experience! Erin has such a great vibe, and the ladies in the kitchen all of them always with a smile and saying -thank you, see you soon - enjoy! - indeed I will enjoy my fresh taco, my fav is the pork burrito and the chorizo breakfast taco!! Delish!!! And the sweet tea is always a plus! Shout out to the management!! 10 starts ⭐️
So I have so much to say but I’ll make it short. We ordered to go, spent $50 to get home and realize there were only 3 bags of chips when we ordered 2 taco plates. Then I take 1 bite of my taco and realize there is a hair!! A long black hair that is literally deep in my taco. This is so disgusting and I’m very disappointed. Fuzzy’s is a great place but please don’t visit this Fuzzy’s. This is only my 2nd time eating at this location & both times were horrible!!Also, we went 2 hours before closing.Brought everything back for a refund only for them to tell us they couldn’t refund the alcohol that was unopened after they messed up. The menu says they are $6 but they charged $8 and said they haven’t changed the menu yet. So be careful bc they will over charge you and you’ll have a hair in your food.
I love coming here on tuesdays the manager Jay always treats us good and is always fast he is very kind. I’d recommend everyone coming on tuesdays and enjoy a cold beer and tacos!!
The past 4 times I've tried to eat here the food has taken over 30 mins to come. I used to love this place but I won't be coming back here again.
Had hair in my food went to get a refund they told me I could get a refund on the 2 margaritas I bought that totaled to $18 even tho there menu said $6 each… manager said there 8.25 Togo I said where does it show that on the menu he looked at it said it doesn’t they haven’t added it yet I said one of the reason I got it is because there $6 only thing he said was I’m sorry sir only solution I got was send a email…
The food is great, but I really come here because of the staff and the service. This place is my spot near home for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Always great food and even better service. (And the beer is always cold!) 10/10 recommend!
