We loved Freddy’s but are done ordering it through door dash. For the second time, they left out a major part of our order. I really don’t know if it is Door Dash or Freddy’s but this is the only restaurant that when we use Door Dash, the restaurant does not complete the order. A whole bag is missed. Good luck but we are done.
First time here. Not horrible but definitely could have been better. The food was hot and fresh however the burger lacked flavor and the patty’s were super thin. The lady who took our order was very uninterested and seemed annoyed to be there. Unfortunately, the food nor the service was enough to make me eat here again.
This was my first time eating here. I was shopping at Aldi, which is right across the street. I was starving and it was pouring out so, we went through the drive thru. It was kind of late for dinner (about 8:30 pm) so, it wasn't very busy. There was only one car ahead of us in line. I felt like the prices were a little on the high side with combo meals at around $10. My daughter had the California style steak burger meal but opted for a single patty ($9.89) I also had the California style...the burger only...($7.48) but with the double patty (as it's listed on the menu) I didn't get the meal because I didn't want a drink but I did get a small order of fries ($2.99) The total was $22.05 for 2 burgers, 2 small fries and 1 drink. The burgers were SO GOOD!! I was afraid the double would be too big but the burgers are thinner. They were seasoned perfectly and they were hot when we got them. The cheese was melted, which makes a big difference. The burgers were loaded up with lettuce, tomatoes and onions.....so good!! The fries are very thin, like shoestring potatoes. The portion size is generous. The fries were good but not my favorite. I feel like the burger was definitely worth the money but kind of a splurge for me for fast food. I would definitely recommend the burgers and i would eat here again.
first time eating at a Freddy's. Arrived at Freddy's around 7:15 on a Saturday night. Not very busy. Walked in and the dining area looked like there had been food fight. Spilled milk on the floor, french fries and ketchup packets on the floor. Floors were very sticky and had to be careful where we walked to get to the counter to order. The worker at the register did a good job taking our order. My husband had to get a rag off the counter to wipe down a booth for us to eat at. I filled up my glass with a diet Dr pepper and sat down. When I took a taste there was little to no flavor and no carbonation. Had my son and husband taste and they agreed. Took it up to the counter and had one of the workers fill it from the drive-thru fountain. It did have more flavor and more carbonation, just not sure exactly what the flavor was. My husband and son both got concretes. They said they tasted good. A regular cost $6.19 which was the size of a small water glass. Overpriced for what you got. The food was ready in a timely fashion. My son's burger was very dry. My husband's chicken sandwich was okay. I ordered a patty melt and because I hadn't eaten all day I would call it okay. Shoe string french fries or nothing special. Son ordered the cheese curds - very disappointed. We are from the Midwest where cheese curds are served hot, crispy on the outside, when you bite into them the melted cheese stretches along with the bite. These cheese curds were not crispy and the cheese was not overly warm on the inside. Lacked flavor. On the plus side the music playlist was very good. To sum it up, not a great eating experience. Would probably go to any other fast food place for a burger before here. ☹️Sorry Joe!
I’ve never been to a Freddy’s without excellent, kind people. That is not the case here :/ it’s the closest one to us so we have been 4-6 times and every time they have been unprofessional and rude. The last two times there have been workers who are hanging out with friends in the lobby area- being very loud & goofing around…when you go up to order, they seem very annoyed that they have to actually work & take your order :( also apparently the Freddy’s app is down & the way they communicated that was just super rude. Food is good, just won’t keep coming to this location because of the people working here.
First time patronizing this establishment. The food was hot & fresh. Only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is because the meat was a bit salty. The young lady in the drive-thru window was very polite. I would definitely recommend trying this place out.
This is one of the worst fast food experience…The employees are so rude and very unfriendly in their demeanor. I went there to order a plain frozen custard…then a very mean looking employee came to the window kind of just got my card swiped my card gave my order and quickly closed the window /very robotic like. My goodness…these are some very unhappy employees/smile and talk to some of us us understand what it’s like to be in your shoes.
Great smashed burger
Went to drive through, they were very busy. Ordered 4 combo meals. 2 were not what I had ordered (asked for the jalapeño burger, received normal burgers). Disappointed that I only realized that when I got home after having spent $50. Kind of ruined my dinner. However the burgers are tasty as it was my first time there. Will give them another shot and maybe they can redeem themselves.
Went on 17 Jan (drive-thru). Missing orders, dirty packaging and spoon...when went inside and saw dining room was filthy, along with the restroom. The Wylie branch is much much better!
