Wow! Haven't been to a Five Guys in a while and I feel like the prices doubled!! $7 for fries? $3.95 for a soda? Add on your burger you're looking at $20-$22 a meal/person. We could feed our family for the same money at a nice sitdown restaurant/gourmet burgers such as Whiskey Cake and such. The food was good but there is definitely better!
I went in because the place I wanted to go was closed and this place was near. Seems like the prices have gone up. Bacon Cheeseburger $11.99 paid $25.96 for two burgers, no fries or drink. The place will never be too crowded. It's too expensive for a burger place. Burgers are decent, but not worth $12.
Worst service ever! My family went yesterday to this location. We waited 40 minutes several times I asked the workers behind the counter for our order. The workers eventually came to me, after I had asked them 3 times where our order was to offer me to reorder my food! I have never had worst customer service in my life. The manager on duty seemed to not care and stayed in the back the entire time I was there. We had to call the general manager in order to get our refund. I have lived in McKinney for 24 years. This is the worst place to eat never go here. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this location at all cost.
Burgers and fries are still a good as they always have been. Prices are ridiculous, $12 for a double cheeseburger!!!! The staff was courteous but they seemed to have trouble getting orders correct.
We absolutely love Five Guys. They make their burgers like you remember from childhood. Yummy!!!! And they load up the bag with fries !!!Sorry for no pictures the burgers were gone within minutes !!
Not worth the price unless youre extremely picky about the freshness of your ingredients. A Hamburger costs roughly $10 give or take and that's just the sandwich. If you're going with a group of 3 or 4 I'd recommend getting one large fry for everyone because the large comes in a large drink cup and there's plenty. On top of that the drinks are marked up the wazoo. I still give it 3 stars because I understand that they pay more to get better quality ingredients but if you don't care about all that and just want a basic cheeseburger I'd go elsewhere.
just nasty not one table clean they tied to give cold milk instead of a milkshake just not a good experience and this used to be a good place plus it took 25 mins to get my food
I'm not sure when their prices went up but $10 for a Hamburger seems a bit aggressive for them. And it doesn't taste like a $10 hamburger. At least they still give u a ton of fries tho even tho they charge a lot more for those too.
Great food. Would prefer for fries to be more crispy. Food was so good, that I know I will be back again. So I'll ask for my fries to be fried a bit longer if possible. Great restaurant
Thank you to the nice dude with the big smile that took my order (order 65) he's really awesome and cheerful. Five Guys has the best quality of fast food burgers. They never disappoint! This one in particular also has and Ed Sheeran, Tom Hardy and Niall Horan poster so bonus points :)
