Ordered two pepperoni and onion pizzas from Uber. Neither pizza had onion and there were slices of pizza that didn’t even have a piece of pepperoni on it. When I order pepperoni I expect the restaurant to put some pepperoni on each piece. Six pieces of pepperoni isn’t adequate. I will say that I really like the crust
This place used to be real good! not sure why it got so bad after the change in management. Haven’t been here in awhile but was in the mood for pizza - what I got had no flavor and loaded with salt. By far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Will not be going here again. I would’ve been better off getting a frozen pizza. If people still go here thinking this is good pizza then they don’t know what good pizza tastes like ??
Staff was very friendly but that was all. The pizza had no flavor and the bottoms was completely burnt. Was hoping for something good and different with the choice they had, but it was a total let down.
Terrible experience. Not returning. There was no one at just 15 after 5pm, and yet the worker was still unattentive and lying down in a corner booth. Was very confused walking in since the place operates differently than it is supposed to. Was questioned the reason for ordering cauliflower crust though it is on the menu. Friendly, but lazy staff. Food was terrible. I mean, no flavor in pepperoni (how do you mess that up?) No flavor in meatballs. Very skimpy on flavorless toppings. And I don't have covid to withhold my taste buds, because raising cane's where I went to get more food to satisfy, was GOOD.Prices have gone up, and get this.. There is a printed sign on the door that invites "homeless" people to just come in for free food.This place will not last. It was dead at peak dinner time. Will be out of business soon.
I loved Firo pizzas from the very first time, service was always great.This day was hopefully just an anomaly.Slow service, mistake on one pizza of 4.Barely apologized, for the error,and then I had to go get the pizza from the counter.Seemed a little skimpy on toppings which is more annoying since they now charge per topping..We will be back, but I hope the experience will be better.
This pizza is not good. It was one of my favorite pizza places in McKinney. I ordered a pizza that had missing toppings and seven small pieces of cheese. I thought the order was a mix up, and asked an employee what type of pizza it was. She said it was the type I ordered and I pointed out the missing basil just to make a point that it wasn't. She offered to add some basil and completely missed the point that the pizza was terribly made.
NEW ownership has made this place terrible!!! This place was a made to order unique place with the price being the same for as many toppings you want. Now they have changed the core style of this place to a "sit down and order" style restaurants. This is not the idea of a build to order pizza place and that's what made this place unique now it's horrible. The staff is super friendly and nice even though they are probably in a strange situation so I can't blame them at all. Not to mention the quality of flavor has gone down.. I wouldn't feed this pizza to my dogs. Stay far away!!!
This place used to be one of my go to gluten free pizza places, but the new owner has turned it into one of the worst pizza experiences ever. I've had frozen gluten free pizza better than this. The drink and ice machines were broken, the place looked dirty. Service was okay, but they forgot ingredients and the crust was practically raw. Won't be going back.
I really enjoy this place because they make some really good pizza but after what I witnessed today I had to leave a review.The service is a bit lackluster. Currently they aren’t having customers order at the counter due to COVID concerns (valid) and they are asking patrons to sit and order from a waiter. Today I watched not 1, not 2 but three people leave because the woman that was working the dining room was more concerned with talking to her friends or family. She yelled across the restaurant to the customers that they could sit anywhere without providing any other direction or acknowledgement. Not an ideal experience.Hopefully it was an isolated incident because this place does have really great food.
Ordered 2 peparonni pizzas online store was out of peparonni wanted to get a refund for one of the pizzas employees didn't know how I could get a refund and couldn't give me a refund in the store. Only said go online for a refund or call back and leave my information with owner. Need better management and better training for employees also need to update website when you run out of ingredients.
