The Carne Frito and Mofongo hit the spot! Perfectly seasoned, just like mom’s!
I tried this place on a whim, and waited a little over 30 minutes for my sandwich. I ordered the El Cuban, And let me tell you it was worth every one of those minutes that I waited!! The pulled pork and the ham on the sandwich tasted scratch made, whether they were or not I do not know, but it melted in your mouth. The sandwich was huge and when I looked at it I thought, I’ll probably only be able to eat half of this. Hahahaha Who was I kidding? Whole thing gone no regrets…… maybe a few regrets ….but it was delicious. Go get one.
Tried this place on my way to work on Sunday because there’s nothing like PR Food but unfortunately this was disappointed. The food was bland and didn’t have that authentic Puertorican flavor, it’s giving me nock off PR food . I recommend trying the place across the street it’s more desirable.
We needed some coffee halfway home from Denton and stumbled on this food truck park and Eddie's place was here. All I saw was Puerto Rican and I was sold! I can't believe I found this little gem. So good and an authentic PR menu! I'll be back! ??
This is my 4 th day in Texas moved from Wisconsin and One of the best Puerto Rican food I had in years. Highly recommend this place for good quality food. Owner is friendly and made the way like it spicy ??
This place is so good! Ask for the garlic sauce. We have taken many friends and family here back to back. There can be a wait when it’s busy but is worth the wait!
Great mofongo! I have not found a good Puerto Rican place in north DFW since moving here. This is going to be it. Would recommend this to anyone.
I tried Eddie Knows Best when donating blood during the Fireworks that the city Princeton, Tx held! I was so blown away with the flavor bomb and juicy meat that Eddie makes! Nothing this man makes is BAD, you can taste the passion and love of cooking in his Food!! You will never have such Authentic Puerto Rican food unless your fortunate to visit this beautiful place or know a lovely family here in the US that will break bread with you ! Eddie Knows Best food truck is Awesome! Lovely people and fantastic food! ❤️???
We try this place for the first time on Sunday and the food was great. Food was well seasoned and the people were very nice. Will come back again!!!!
