Interesting experience . Weirded me out a bit when the kid tried to get a bit 'urban' when taking my order. Told him it wasn't necessary and to keep speaking the same as he was prior to seeing me. Anyway, beverage was good and it did not water down in the heat which was impressive The young lady at the window was very nice and provided great service.
I’d like to start by saying I usually really enjoy this location and adore the two brothers always working. However, this evening I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and attitude I received. Everyone knows the “oh I asked for iced” mistake but if I began my order with three hot drinks and specified specifically to avoid this issue then who is in the wrong? Regardless of a mistake, a customer should never be given attitude back such as “they are lying they asked for iced don’t give them drinks.” In addition to her being unable to accept blame, when suggested we be offered the iced drinks for free she vehemently protested in the back as if we could not hear from the window. I did not accept the drinks because I wanted hot, as I asked and paid for. I didn’t catch the young blonde girls name but the way in which she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. Starbucks may close early but at least the staff is always accommodating and able to accurately take orders.
I love the energy of this place! Instead of “my pleasure sir” it’s “yeah, cool dude” in the most polite way. Does that make sense? Also nitro brew is amazing and the vanilla caramel Dutch soda is crazy
Not just the best coffee and flavours, but also they have the friendliest team, ordering through the window which is the fastest way to go if there’s is a long line at the drive through. They do accept tap payment method which makes it easier n faster. Must try their cookies, soooo good!
I am giving this 5 stars because of the good customer strategies. While other places close the drive-through window in your face until your order is ready, at this place the girl at the window was making conversation with each client. Sure, it was just small talk, but, hey!, it's so much better than a closed window. Many people appreciate this kind of customer approach!
LOVE IT! I am so glad to have this new Dutch Bros location so close to home.This location definitely doesn’t disappoint. Service is excellent, fast, and very friendly.It was very cold outside on my visit, and I felt bad for the girl standing outside taking orders. I asked her if she was doing ok, and she said she was bundled up and warm. So, it made me feel better knowing she was ok and enjoying her job. The woman in the window was bubbly and friendly. She asked me about my day as we waited for our drinks. A visit like this can really leave you with a great feeling, and makes you want to keep going back.Our drinks were ready within a couple of minutes, and everyone was satisfied as we drove on down the road.If you ever find yourself on Custer Road in McKinney, I highly recommend you drive up the road to the Dutch Bros and check it out for yourself. There is definitely something for everyone here.
Being from the Pacific Northwest I'm accustomed to Dutch Bros delicious coffee. This location is new and was extremely crowded. The wait was quite a bit Ionger compared to the stores in Washington or Oregon with the same crowds. I'll definitely be back after the newness wears off and the staff finds their rhythm...
I've given dutch bros so many shots and somehow it's disappointing every time . I was So excited to have Dutch so close to my house but every single drink I've tried just tastes like milk in a cup. There's never any flavor - from syrups to extra shots I've tried it all. I think their drinks are so heavy on the milk/heavy cream that it overpowers all other flavor profiles. I don't like my lattes to be strong and even I wanted more coffee taste. If you like strong coffee I suggest you steer clear.Customer service is always a 10/10 though! Nicest and most enthusiastic staff ever!
So good. Many options to choose from. Even if you don't like coffee there are many options. Employees are always very friendly and polite.
First time I had dutch bros was in Oregon, I was pretty happy to find out they were building one next to my house. Been multiple times for both coffee and other drinks. Haven't disliked anything I've ordered so far. Even though the lines have been long they are very fast and diligent on getting orders in and out. I don't drink coffee much but when I do it will be from Dutch bros.
