Just do yourself a favor and skip this location all together. They never have ANYTHING! One person told me that they had an item but I had to drive back around to get it, so I did. And guess what…I was told by another employee they were out. Once I went and was told they had an item that I ordered but it was frozen and they weren’t going to make it. I’m done with this location. Management needs to step in and do something here.
Brown sugar cream cold brew is delicious. Get some wake up wraps and you are good to go.
At granddaughter’s request, went to get donuts. I recall Dunkin used to be great but these donuts were awful. Not only did they not taste good, but they were cold like they’d been refrigerated at some point. Waste of calories and money. Girl who took my order seemed way bored and put out. Go to another place or you’ll be disappointed. If you only eat donuts occasionally like me you want something edible.
I like Dunkin the best of the chains. This particular location sometimes they don't put everything in your drink. And when you ask them about it they say, "Oh, were out of it." So tell me when you give it to me.
Went in Monday AM @ 645 am. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich but was told at the drive thru that they weren't serving food that morning. I clarified if they were serving donuts or no food at all. Ordered a dozen assorted. Pulled up to the window to see employees all standing around talking to each other. No one seemed super interested in serving me. No greeting, no apology or explanation for lack of hot food. Not even a thank you. I have never been to this location before. Most likely the last time I'll visit this location even though I now work right down the street and open but donuts for coworkers and patients. Disappointed with my experience.
A great place to have unprofessionalism. The staff O understand, but also at the same time, I don’t understand the unprofessional atmosphere. You have your staff playing around even on the headset on. You have staff messing with another while there’s a line. Drive thru worker give nothing but attitude. Makes the customer feel like they did something wrong. Also they’ve made my order wrong MULTIPLE times. Go the extra 5 miles to the one off El Dorado.
Slow, slow service, employee had no idea what was available. Very noisy location. Had to get the receipt and box of donuts, employee just walked away as I paid .. drive through was backed up. Not busy inside, but the employee still could not handle the 3 people in a timely manner... Go somewhere else.. donuts just ok...
I was here in the drive through a few days back and ordered donuts. I forgot to order a drink and when I reached the window they said I have to come back in line to order a drink 1 drink only. This is not the reason I gave it 1 star.. wait for it ....So I took the half dozen (they were out of Boston cream) a mix and match box, and went home. Opened the box and 1 donut seemed like it was broken or some one took a bite. U can see in the pic posted. I called the store 2 to 3 times and the phone continuously rang but no one answered. So next time if you buy any food at this place, please check to see no one took a bite before they pack.
While service is friendly, they can never seem to get an order done correctly. This seems to be an issue no matter when we come here. Not sure why this is, but management may need to look into some (re)training of the teams.On this day, every one of our four sandwiches were on the wrong bread. We had to figure out what was inside them to figure out who got what.
I ordered a couple of breakfast wraps and they were okay. I ordered a medium matcha latte and asked for “very little ice” (it was acknowledged by the employee) but for some reason she still filled up the cup all the way to the top with ice. I was only given 1/4 cup worth of matcha tea that I actually paid for...
