Worst dunkin ever, the staff are rude and they just gave an egg and cheese croisant without heating it, the egg and chesse slice were cold , happened to me more than once , they just want to get things out quickly . When I went back to get it heated , they were very rude , heating a croisant is a basic thing which they do not know, will never go here
Rude staff, it was my birthday and they were very rude and disrespectful. I had to go inside after going through the drive thru because they forgot to give me my card back. They were extremely rude and set my birthday off to a negative start. And the coffee sucks, took two sips and dumped it out, stopped at dutch bros because they are both nice and consistently good.
Refused to accept official gift card that I paid for. Were out of everything that I requested after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Won't return again.
I got a box of donut holes. It's what we always get. This batch was super small and deformed. I would have been embarrassed to let anyone see them if I had done that poorly. I realize that they get them in frozen, but these never should have left the kitchen.
This donut shop also has a Baskin Robbins inside it. The pastries are always good, and I took my daughter in for some ice cream.They were very short staffed, and as a result, the public areas were pretty dirty. The tables outside weren't in great shape either.
I ordered a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese. They ended up giving me a blueberry bagel with nothing inside. I noticed it when I got home and after I realized the problem I called them. Whenever you call this location they pick up the phone and then shut it off. This is very arrogant and disrespectful. The location is very poor at customer service and I suggest going to another one.
This is a donut shop right? I and wanted to purchase about 78 donuts (don’t judge I have a lot of kids) and they said ugh no that won’t work you need to order in advance — in the meantime they had more than 78 donuts. I guess they were afraid to run out. Hey Dunkin’ Pay attention — we are near the holidays and prepare for an influx in demand…perhaps we are heading into a donut shortage. So I promised donuts at the start of 2022 but, will be ordering from the local “Donut” store not the chain that cannot support a donut order.
Shoutout to my girl Candy! She treats all guests so kindly and is very enthusiastic in the mornings! Has your order basically memorized and is always so accommodating. Very good location and they know what they’re doing.
Employees got mad when i asked to switch my drink at the window. I was very polite about it so no need to yell so loud that i can hear it outside in the drive through. If you don’t like your job get another one.
My free donut w/beverage purchase was not in my sack. Didn't discover until far away.Love their snacking bacon when it's not overcooked.
