I ordered 2 bagels only sliced not toasted and I received 2 very burnt bagels. I did not even receive my spread on the side which I had put in my online order as well. Very bad customer service.
For anyone that buys their donuts here and noticed they are now stale and hard . We called to inquire and Dunkin has lowered its standard but recently raised prices. The manager shared they make donuts at one central location now and ship them the night before. My daughters apple fritter was hard as a rock. So if you don't want day old product I would suggest going else where. The mom and pop a block or so down we found has FRESH delicious donuts.
Found something orange/brown chunk in my ice in the cup. It looked like ALGEA frozen in the MIDDLE of my ice that was in my drink I could see floating around. Kolache was also frozen in the middle still, even once I asked to please make sure it was cooked all the way through. Napkins were out in the front and all of the employees were scrambling yet not accomplishing anything so badly I stood for over 10 minutes to ask for some napkins and never even got them. And I didn't get any donuts, but there were SO many flies in the case?
Dunkin’ Donut McKinney Location is run by a team of extremely young adults. We ordered our usual coffee and a special they were running. They had no idea what we were talking about. They worse part was there was a sign at the location that prompted us to try it. Wow!
They are rarely stocked. I have stopped wasting my time to drive here in hopes of a sweet treat. And so slll...o.....w......
Staff was polite, order was ready really quick. Drive thru service is great!
The kolaches were still frozen in the middle. This is the second time we’ve gotten them cold. The second time we asked for them to make sure it was warm in the middle but when we got them, the bread was was barely warm and the sausage was still ice cold.
This is a solid Dunkin' Donuts franchise. I often go here because they have yet to be out of anything that I have ordered. Some of the other DD locations around DFW seem to have trouble with this. It just feels strange to order a donut from a place with 'donut' in the name and have them tell you they ran out. Still, donuts are a tough sell in this area. Independent donut shops exist in practically every strip mall around here and they are usually delicious... so yeah don't go to Dunkin for the donuts - We go for the egg and cheese on a croissant and a local favorite - the kolache- which they do pretty well. If you hit the drive thru during the lunch hour or on the weekend expect to wait 15-20 mins!
horrible customer service. ignored us last week. would not recommend. Krispy Kreme is better.
