I've only ordered 4 times in the past year, each single time I've ordered is taken roughly 2 hours or more to get the food.The app is never accurate and when you call the store is always the same reasons/excuses.I've Consistently recieved bad service.
Cold, greasy, and barely any crust? Not sure what I expected anyways ordering from here but my real issue would be the lack of customer service from the employee I spoke with. Not one to leave a bad review but it is frustrating to spend money on an overpriced product and receive something this unappetizing and 0 understanding from staff. ?
We really like Dominoes. Pizza good, bowls wonderful Wish they had fudge brownie. Lol. Easy ordering.Always available for delivery and that’s most important to us when comparing to other pizza places.
Usually, they are good in greet & customer service. Although, tonight seems there is a lady in-charge taking calls & receiving pick up customers and totally ignored me while turning her back and continued ignoring me while there was no one in the store but myself entered waiting. Until I said I'm here to pick up my order, she handed over my pizza boxes, no Thank You or Nothing. Very rude! of her even I said it after getting my boxes, thank you & good night but still no answers or replied back from her ?Pls provide some basic customer service training rules. Thank you!
This location is great! My orders are consistently accurate, hot, and delivered quickly. Driver's are very friendly. I always order through the app, which is easy and convenient. I definitely recommend this store for both the food and service.
We have been ordering from this location every Friday fir 2 years. The last 3 times they have either messed up my order or the pizza was cold. Last week we had company so I thought we would give it one more try. We ordered $75.00 worth of pizza. When it got here a hour later 2 of the pizzas were not even sliced, one pizza had all the topping completely on one side of the pizza and to top it off they were cold and not fit to eat. I called the store and explained the situation to the girl that answered the phone, she offered to send me out a new order or a credit. I said a credit Is fine. Just called to place a new order today with my credit, the girl said she could give me 1 med pizza!! Seriously? Will NEVER order from there again!! A $5.99 credit for a $75.00 mess up.. wow customer service here is terrible !
My pizza has been done for 45 minutes aka quality check and still waiting on it to start being delivered. Worried if the pizza will even be warm now by the time it gets to us. Pizza finally got delivered an hour after it was ready, looks like we will be going to Pizza Hut from now on.
Don't waste your time waiting up at this location, website timing. Plus 30-40 min when you walk in. When you come back in 30 min, guess what only 30 more mins. From past experiences this was a 5star service, since few weeks down to 1 star. Rockstars who used to be on staff seems to have moved on.
Pizza was great I’m more concerned about employees moving from the register to the back; making pizzas without gloves and without washing their hands. I even saw am employee wipe his nose with the back of his hand. We are still in a pandemic; had I not been so hungry I would have walked out. Trust I prayed specifically over that pizza. I won’t be back!!
We paid 50 dollars for 2 medium pizza one of which I asked for EXTRA EXTRA cheese, there was not EXTRA EXTRA cheese on it, very skimpy on toppings as well for both pizza. The other pizza was supposed to be a thin crust not a hand tossed. For $50 I would have expected better pizzas. I will be going back to Pizza Hut from now on. IM DONE WITH DOMINOS.
